Ordered a Frigidaire dishwasher through Home Depot ******* for a kitchen remodel. Leaked upon installation by plumber that I paid, due to debts along seam. I have been dealing with both Frigidaire and Home Depot for almost three months now to get this issue resolved. Was supposed to get new dishwasher today ******** and have it installed. Delivery guys showed up but said they didn't have any install paperwork and no time to do it. Also revealed that new dishwasher was damaged. Called Home Depot who put me through to Frigidaire, who scheduled another delivery for *******, but wouldn't confirm installation. Offered to pick up unit and refund my money, but not what I had paid for installation. Person on phone refused to put me through to a supervisor. I just want a working dishwasher! Another factor is that this is not my primary residence, so I have to take time from home and family to travel to this location and deal with these issues. Please help me get this resolved! Home Depot is saying it's a Frigidaire issue, Frigidaire says it's a Home Depot issue. No one will help me. I have a leaking dishwasher and it's been almost three months. I'm so very tired of no one accepting responsibility and doing anything about this.
