RE: Credit card denied - Data missing**I have been trying to login to submit a ticket for an hour but the site won't let me. I received an error message that I was not authorized.**This morning I was checking my account and it said my credit card had been denied. I checked and there is nothing wrong with the credit card so it should have processed fine. Despite this I wanted to ensure that service was uninterrupted because it said I had * hours left before the next billing period so I entered a different card which processed a temporary charge of $** right away and shortly after the $*.** charge for service(well within * hours). When I checked my account after payment was processed all of my rollover data had been deleted and for some reason I only had ***.* MB of data. I have been rolling over data for a long time now and because I do that I pay for the premium service. I would like to know if you can restore the missing data as soon as possible. I appreciate your looking into this issue and why I cannot access the support site to open a ticket.
