Hello FreedomPop:**August **, *****To: FreedomPop Customer Service*Dear Sir*Madam:*I have purchased FreedomPop Family Plan on line on August **, **** by purchasing * ea. SIM cards. FreedomPop confirmed the order via email (email address: *****@***.com) dated August **, **** with the order ID *********. The order total is $**.** and was paid for by PayPal, Transaction ID *B**************W. When placing the order these phone numbers were assigned to the three phone lines: (***) ***-****, (***) ***-****, (***) ***-****.*As of today I have received three separate emails mailed on the same date and confirming the shipment of the SIM cards. To date, however, I received only one SIM card. My efforts to contact FreedomPop are a complete failure because of these reasons:*-*When contacting FreedomPop over the phone, the phone menu options require that a valid FreedomPop Phone Number, or Account Number, is entered, but when I enter any of the assigned phone numbers or my current home phone number, the system fails to recognize any of them, refers me to a FreedomPop web site and drops the call. If I am able to reach an agent, which is extremely rare, the agent is in no position to address the problem and hence transfers the call and I end up with the same menu options just described and requiring valid FreedomPop Phone Number or Account Number. This effectively means that no proper FreedomPop department and agent authorized and qualified to address my problem can be reached on any FreedomPop phone lines.*-*FreedomPop cannot be contacted on line or via email because to do this requires an established FreedomPop account which recognizes my email address and password. When I made my on line purchase, FreedomPop emailed me and confirmed Account Details, including details on how to access this account, namely my email address and Password. However, when I use this information, I am able to view my account but I am not able to contact any FreedomPop Support as my the same email and Password provided by FreedomPop are not recognized as valid when I attempt to contact FreedomPop Support.*So here I am with no ability to make a proper contact with FreedomPop, describe the problem I am having, and get the problem resolved with badly needed FreedomPop’s assistance. I did not receive * of the * SIM cards and I do not understand and have no way to fix the problem accessing FreedomPop Customer Support via email. I have no way to inform FreedomPop and inquire about it as I am unaware of any other means of contacting FreedomPop, and this letter is the way of last resort I hope to bring attention and resolution to what I am facing.*Please, refer this letter to the proper authorities who can take care of my order and account.
