My account was canceled and I am still being billed $** on my discover card. I want that charge removed. I am also still waiting for an RMA to return my mobile device. I never activated it or set up my account. I thought everything was taken care of on Wednesday when I put in a support ticket. I was told it was all taken care of and that I would receive an RMA in am email. I have not received an RMA and my account was billed for a service I tried to cancel.
GetHuman979609 did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
