I received my SIM card yesterday, *-*-**. I want this account cancelled. I was under the impression that the $*.** was an introductory offer for the first month of service but I am being billed again in * weeks. Also I do not want the data top up turned on but the only way to turn it off is to pay even more money. *I also do not want to have to use an app in order to make phone calls or send texts. FreedomPop needs to be much more straight forward with its customers instead of sucking them in to a scam. I want my account canceled immediately!
