My account has been charged monthly for the last four months. We have not received a daily paper or a Sunday paper in that time period. When I put in my phone number online it says I do not have an account. When trying my email it says the same we have also tried my wife’s phone number and email as well it says we have no account. Can’t sign in online and have called several times and never get to talk to an agent your automated system cannot help as well as it also recognizes that we do not have an account with our phone numbers. I have been billed by your company for several months and have yet to receive a single paper it is vitally important that a representative for this company reaches out to me at the phone number provided before legal action is taken on my behalf. I have tried contacting your company during the week during operating hours. My phone number is **********
