I did not receive my newspaper on Sunday, 11/29/[redacted]. It is frustrating as I cannot contact my carrier since I do not have their information. Though I can access the paper online, I prefer to read it in my chair.
Two weeks ago, the carrier missed including the TV Guide in my Friday paper. I would appreciate having a contact number for the days my paper is missing, allowing me to speak with someone and receive the paper promptly.
Thanks,

My husband receives the WSJ from you Monday through Saturday. It's December 5th, and we haven't received the paper for the past 3 days. Our delivery person has been unreliable, as we've also missed the Sunday Star Telegram recently. I've already addressed this issue. Robert Williams from [redacted] Roaring Springs Rd, Fort Worth, Texas, [redacted], has contacted the WSJ as well. While I read the digital version daily, we still expect the physical paper on Sundays. Thank you, Nancy Williams.

We didn't receive our daily newspaper again today. This marks the third time in 2 weeks. We recently renewed our subscription and would like to ensure our paper delivery is on track. We value our delivery person and appreciate their service. It's unfortunate that our paper is missing; we suspect it may be an act of local mischief. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with missing newspapers, particularly the Friday and Sunday editions that include the TV Guide. Despite numerous complaints and requests for a replacement TV guide, the problem persists. After reaching out via email and Facebook, some action was taken as I received a Monday paper on my porch. However, on Tuesday, January 26th, my newspaper was once again placed out by the curb with my trash, leading to several missing papers. It's crucial that on Fridays and Sundays, the paper is placed in the driveway or on my porch, especially since those editions tend to disappear quickly due to the TV Guide inclusion. I am willing to cancel my auto pay immediately as I refuse to keep paying for a service I'm not receiving. Moving forward, please discontinue the auto pay and send me a bill or email for future payments. If this issue persists, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription. Regards, Madonna Kennington, [redacted] Edna Street, Haltom City, Texas [redacted].

I am Dorothy Frederick, and I live next door to JOYCE MAY at [redacted] MADEIRA. Mrs. May, who is 91 years old and uses a walker, receives your subscription daily. I kindly ensure her paper is placed in her mailbox since she struggles to do so. Mrs. May mentioned tipping the delivery person for placing the paper on the mailbox, and I would like to request that this continues. Due to my COPD, it can be challenging for me to cross the street, but I cannot risk Mrs. May attempting to reach her mailbox. Another neighbor, Mrs. Lynn Montgomery, who is 95 years old, has her paper placed on her mailbox daily. I kindly ask that the delivery person extends the same assistance to Mrs. May. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been contacting your customer service every Monday or Tuesday regarding issues with my Sunday paper delivery. Despite paying $20.80 on 9/18/20, I have not received a paper since Easter. Every time I call, I am assured that the problem will be fixed and the paper will be delivered, but it never is. When it is delivered, it's often thrown under my car, making it difficult for me to retrieve it due to mobility issues. I reside in a mobile home park and have requested that the paper be placed near my deck for easier access. Despite extending my subscription until October, each time I call, I am advised to read it online, which is not what I want. I expect to receive the physical paper I've paid for until October. The customer service has been disappointing, as they continuously promise to resolve the issue but fail to do so. My account number is [redacted]6.

I have been experiencing continuous issues with my carrier not delivering my newspaper, especially during bad weather or inconvenient times. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the problem persists. As a loyal subscriber for over 30 years, I expect better service. I have requested to speak with the route supervisor to address this but to no avail. Being told I will receive the paper the next day is not satisfactory as I want to read the news on time. While sometimes I am promised a credit for the missing issue, this is inconsistent. I demand to receive the paper on the scheduled day as I have paid for it. The print version is expensive, and the electronic version is not user-friendly. I plan to email the editor, but sadly, it seems like Star Telegram is neglecting its responsibility to hold carriers accountable.

I have missed several deliveries in the past few months, including today and Sunday. The Sunday paper was not delivered as promised on Monday. When I called at 9AM today, the recording said you were closed, contradicting the previous hours given. It seems like no one cares about the issues I am experiencing, as I have not received any responses. I recently renewed my subscription with someone I could hardly understand, and my old subscription that expired on December 12 was never canceled, resulting in me receiving two papers a day. It is no surprise the newspaper is struggling. If my former company had operated this way, we would have gone out of business quickly. I prefer the hard copy over the online version, hence why I haven't canceled again. If a real person reads this, please respond either via email at [redacted] or at [redacted]. - JC, Arlington, TX.

I am subscribed to TV Star Plus, which usually comes with my Friday newspaper. Unfortunately, on December 3rd, I did not receive the TV Star Plus as usual. After contacting customer service multiple times, I was given different assurances about when I would receive it, but it never arrived as promised which is frustrating. This is not the first time I have had issues receiving the newspaper as well. I hope this can be resolved soon as it is disappointing to pay for a service and not receive it consistently.

Hello,
I urgently need assistance with our Star Telegram subscription. Despite attempting to cancel via email on 8/27/22, we are still receiving the paper. I encountered communication issues with the customer service line in the Philippines on 9/16/22, leading to unresolved cancellation. Receiving a bill on 9/27/22 prompted another unsuccessful cancellation attempt. Despite paying $[redacted].04 on 10/14/22 to cancel, we resumed receiving the paper on 10/19/22. On 10/20/22, we inexplicably received emails thanking us for resubscribing and indicating upcoming charges. We did not renew our subscription and are baffled by these communications. We urgently seek resolution to cancel this subscription and any associated charges. If not resolved promptly, we may escalate our concerns.
Sincerely,
James and Elizabeth Culling

I am unable to justify the steep annual price of $[redacted].64. Although I was offered a lower rate of $[redacted].94, living on social security makes it challenging for us. I inquired about the credit for the undelivered papers due to a previous carrier issue, but the customer service representative couldn't provide me with that information. Each time I reported a missing paper, I was assured a credit would be applied, which seems to have not been the case. After reviewing our finances, we can only manage $[redacted] annually if we forgo our home insurance. Please inform me if cancellation is necessary.
Thank you,
Barbara H.
