The issue in GetHuman-dillonho's own words
August **st ****. I enter the Scarborough Town Center location with my ** yr old son. Both of us had just came from playing basketball wearing basketball shirts and armless tops. *When we entered I heard the detectors went off and taught that was strange. No one approached us or asked anything. We just walked around for ** seconds and upon leaving the detectors went off again. This is where the ******** started. One guy said " hey what u have there empty your pockets and lift up your shirt". I got furious because of this guys attitude towards us and asked if what are you talking about. I walked over to him and asked him what up. Here comes the * man crew now approaching me. The dude then asked what u have on you in a very accusing manner. I replied uall asses need to fix that stupid *** detector before you come accusing me of stealing. After they realized I did not steal or attempted to steal anything one guys said hey man it's no biggie but for me it was. *For this experience with these dudes there I do not recommend anyone going there to shop. Customer service is poor and like I said to one dude learn how to speak to people and how to approach them before accusing them of stealing their anything.**Nothing was done about this by a supervisor or manager. i have reached out to customer service for the last * days and no one has answered or return my call. i will continue to reach out until something is done about staff that definitely needs training. My next step will be to go to the News Outlet to let them know how people are being treated at this footaction. i have left my number and no return call.

After calling the customer service for * days and no reply, I decided to reach out to a Manager from the store and spoke to him about the situation and advise him to take a look at the footage and to not just take my word for it. After reviewing the footage while I'm on the phone he advise he has seen who the individual was and will speak to him and follow up with me. *I'm assuming the follow-up call will be within ** hrs.
