Hello, I recently purchased flights with you from Jersey to Newquay in June. When I went through the booking process the outbound sector changed to an indirect flight via Birmingham. So did the price. I’ve paid £*** total and having thought this was a bit steep, I had a second look online afterwards and found that on our selected dates there is direct flights in both directions at a cost of £*** total. Whilst I appreciate I have booked this and that your T&Cs state that a change in flight will cost an extra £** per person and no refund in a lower fare, can I have some clarification as to why the website has done this and given the fact that I had originally requested direct flights, is there any way we can come to a sensible compromise on the booking and the costs associated?
