spent almost * *** hours placing a mothers day plant order . The first ** minutes ended with no order no understanding and a hang up or disconnection . The other hour plus was another call with again lack of product knowledge and a ** minute conversation that as a Passport member I was not entitled to the prom code mday**. Eventually I got to talk with a supervisor who agreed with my problem and recommended that **** flowers will do a better job in training. She apologized for my wasted time on the phone and offered me a ** % discount or $*.** for my time . I declined and recommended that she keep the money and use it for training. I expect that my family and I will direct our future business to a better staffed and more competent competitor
