I recently moved from *** Wildwood Drive to **** Twin Fox Trail in St. Augustine. I was * month pregnant when I did, still working. It took about * weeks to move completely, causing me to need the power on at both locations. Because I wasn't actually living at the Wildwood location, I did not think my final bill would be as high as it had been, which was approx $***. Once the power had been turned off at the Wildwood location, I received my finaly bill, $***. The website wouldn't let me look at my usage statistics so I am unsure why it was so high. Regardless of the reason, it showed that balance still attached to my old account, at Wildwood, and the new amount attached to my new address. My plan was paying the $*** down in a few payments. On October **th I had a c section, and my baby Victoria was born. There were some complications with me after the c section requiring a second surgery to fix multiple bleeds in my abdomen. Due to all this, I am unable to go back to work until the end of November. I recently went online to pay the $** current charges at my new address, which is when I saw that the balance from the old address was transferred to my new address. I have the full intention of paying this off, but will be unable to do so until I return to work. I requested an extension but the furthest it would give me was until November **th. I will not be back to work at that point. I am wondering if there would be anyway a supervisor maybe could make an exception and allow a longer extension or deferred payment due date. I would be happy to supply any paperwork showing my medical issue. Please get back to me a.s.a.p. My name is Kelli Adams and my phone number is **********
