I need to speak with a representative and can't talk to one because there is none. I tried already * different numbers and they dont have that option. I didn't receive my monthly bill this month and you guys are charging me $***.** when I call that's what was said I had to pay. Or $***.** for the power to be on. That's not even half the price of the $***.**...and the reconnection fee is $**.. when It wasn't my fault that I didn't get the bill. I know Bill's come every month but it's your duty to send them out... I didn't receive mine this month... there for I shouldn't pay that amount.. nor for the late reconnection fee. My last bill was September *th n had to be paid the **thof that month and I paid it on the **th...$***.** it said on the bill. But when i called because i didn't receive a bill for this month it told me my recent payment and it said $***.** how is it always different when you call. Y'all are some Sketchy *** people.. how are we supposed to trust the company when **** like that happens. I'm sorry for this response but I had no other choice but to write this all done on text. I would have more calmer if I had a real person of representative to talk to.
