I am receiving a final notice for a bill that had already been paid and an amount that has already cleared my bank. The balance of **.** cleared my bank on October *, ****, but I'm receiving a final notice for cut off on the **th. I have tried for the past hour to reach a person. There are no options for my issues on the automated system and this is beyond frustrating as it is taking time out of my work day to try and resolve this problem. Account number *****-*****
