I have a questions about my bill. I set up bill payer but the payment didn't post last month. Now I have a $* late fee on my account. Why didn't the bill payer work. Also, why can't I call and talk to a customer service representative? I'm not given the option with any phone number I call.
I trust that Florida Power & Light will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
