Hello, my name is Tsetsila glykeria.*Tree days before I have an accident in Amsterdam. Someone stolen my wallet with all my personal belongs inside. I have organized with my company to go from Amsterdam to dusseldorf in ********** and *:** o clock with flix bus.But when I understood that someone is stolen my Id and my credit cards I can't change my ticket and the driver told me that I can't go with their.*So, I went in police station with one of four friends I took the report and I bought two other tickets for ** o'clock. *I asked here the flix bus service and they told me that I can take back a refund for these unused tickets.*Please contact with me because I can't find you in telephone.*Thank you. *I am waiting for your response.* *The booking confirmation for unused tickets is: **********
