A * hour delay occurred on a journey from Brussels to London, without explanation, warnings or even any offer of compensation, seeing as how not only did they change a *pm departure to *pm without anybody knowing if it was safe to venture for food without risk of losing the bus access, they also made me miss my coach from London to Nottingham which was booked with a * hour arrival gap just in case of realistic delay levels, and when I had spoken with Customer Services face to face, I found them to be cold, rude and simply lacking any care that people’s expenses had been wasted as well as their time. After having read into it before filing an initial report, to which was ignored I found out that I was entitled to a refund with an average of **% compensation as well as should have been cared for as far as food and drinks goes for the duration of the delay, and that goes without the mention that by the time the bus had finally arrived in London, I was forced to stay awake overnight until finding an available journey the next day, to which I at this point feel would be fair to also have reimbursed as I shouldn’t have had to have ordered a *rd bus ticket. I have all of the booking details as well as costs to hand if needed, as I simply want this resolved.
GetHuman-benjifas did not yet indicate what FlixBus should do to make this right.
