Despite my warnings, the courier made three fake attempts and canceled my order. I urge for a swift delivery before 25 Oct 20 or a refund of 1.5 times the amount paid, which is [redacted]. I had successfully received multiple small products from the same courier but suspect intentional misconduct in this case. I repeatedly updated the system about the non-delivery reasons, clarifying that no one had visited or contacted me. I request an investigation, direct contact with the courier for clarification on delivery attempts, and appropriate action to be taken, including a refund with a penalty of [redacted].

Dear Sir, I have noticed that there is a recurring issue with one of my three delivery addresses. Despite providing the correct details, the delivery person cancels the order claiming that I am not available, even though they ask me to collect the item from a location 2 kilometers away. This creates inconvenience and results in order cancellations. I have attached a screenshot of the order for your reference. I request your assistance in addressing this matter and ensuring that the delivery personnel are trained to deliver items to the specified destination. It is challenging for individuals, especially women, to travel long distances to collect items when the delivery is supposed to be door-to-door. Order ID [redacted][redacted]0 for a Samsung [redacted]-liter fridge, placed by my son, Ashish P., was delivered on October 22, [redacted]. Despite multiple reminders, no one came for installation after 48 hours. As a 70-year-old senior citizen, I rely on this fridge to store essential items like milk, vegetables, flowers, and dairy products due to COVID conditions. The delivered fridge is damaged, and I've exchanged my old one with the expectation of the damaged fridge being picked up around October 30. Unfortunately, I am forced to use the damaged fridge, and waiting another 7 days without a proper one is not feasible. Order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0 Issue with Mi LED TV Replacement I ordered a Mi LED TV, and when the technician unboxed it, the remote was missing from the box, and the model was different. The technician said the TV would be replaced. However, when the delivery team came for replacement, they did not exchange it, explaining there was some issue. They canceled the replacement, but I have contacted Flipkart customer care multiple times questioning why the replacement did not happen. They keep asking me to wait for 24 hours. This situation is distressing. Please replace my TV or provide a refund. Please.

I recently purchased an air bike from RPM on Flipkart, but unfortunately, I received a defective piece. I followed the return policy and reported the issue to RPM and Flipkart. However, I faced difficulties as Flipkart's customer care executives mentioned technical issues hindering the return process. They provided me with Incident IDs, and I also emailed my concerns to Flipkart's customer support. Despite providing video evidence of the RPM technician inspecting the product within the 7-day window, the problem remains unresolved. I am seeking assistance to find a suitable solution.

Dear Customer Support, I recently purchased a 50-inch Thomson TV that turned out to be defective. I requested a replacement and was given a date, but the replacement was rejected without my knowledge on the scheduled day. After contacting customer service, a return request was promised to be resolved within 7 business days. However, the request was rejected again on the 7th day without any notification. Even after sending evidence photos of the defect to [redacted], I have been left with the defective TV with no clear path to return it and receive a refund. Customer care mentioned it's a technical issue, asking me to wait for another 7 business days. At this point, I'm unsure of how to proceed and get my money back. I recently ordered 2 Cardin pens under order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. Upon receiving the parcel today, I discovered that only one pen was included instead of the two I had ordered. Although the bill indicated two pens, I only received one. I promptly filed a complaint and was given the option to return the parcel or receive a refund. Opting for the return, I was informed that a new parcel would be sent. However, the communication indicated that only 1 pen would be included. I am puzzled as to why, despite my order and payment for 2 pens, I am only receiving one. This situation feels like deception. I purchased the Khadi Meghdoot Ayurvedic Anti-Dandruff Shampoo for ₹[redacted] from Flipkart on October 15, [redacted], and made a prepaid payment. The delivery was supposed to be made by October 19, but I did not receive my product on time. Surprisingly, Flipkart updated my account as 'delivered' without actually delivering the product. Despite my complaint, the issue remains unresolved. Flipkart promised a resolution by October 26, which did not materialize. As of now, neither the product has arrived nor have I received a refund. They have now given a new date of November 3 for resolving the problem. It's frustrating to have this unresolved since I ordered the product on October 15. Contacting customer service has not been helpful as they keep saying their team is looking into it, yet there has been no progress. This experience feels like a fraudulent situation.

I have encountered an issue while attempting to update my email address on Flipkart. Despite entering the new email and saving it, I was prompted to provide OTPs sent to both the new and old email addresses. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old email as it was deactivated. Due to this complication, I reached out to Flipkart's customer service for assistance. Their initial response was unsatisfactory, prompting me to contact them multiple times without a resolution. Eventually, they advised me to email [redacted] with a scanned copy of my PAN, which I promptly did. However, I have not received any further assistance or action from the Flipkart team regarding this matter.

Dear Sir, I recently ordered a Realme 7i with the exchange of my VIVO Y55L mobile phone. The order was delivered on October 21, [redacted]. However, upon inspection, the delivery boy claimed there were issues with my old phone and valued it at Rs. [redacted]. Despite my old phone being in excellent condition, I was asked to pay an additional Rs. [redacted] for the new phone delivery at 7:50 PM. I agreed to this. Later that evening, at 10:28 PM, the delivery boy informed me of a product mismatch and rejected the pickup. I promptly raised a complaint with your executives on October 22, [redacted], at 9:17 AM and was assured the matter would be resolved within 24 hours. Unfortunately, no action was taken. I followed up on October 25 at 12:58 PM and was told to wait another 48 hours. Disappointingly, there has been no response or resolution yet. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address an issue with my family ticket booked from Varanasi to Mumbai with Vistara Airlines (PNR-TP75JO) for travel on the 26th of August. Upon reaching the airport, I was informed by a Vistara Airlines executive that my flight had been cancelled, and they assured me that the full amount would be refunded to my account. Hello, I purchased a Lenovo desktop computer that was delivered to me on October 26, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the product I received is defective. I immediately requested a return on the same day, but the seller rejected my request for both return and replacement. I have already paid the full amount for the product. I bought a Flipkart Perfect Homes Executive Chair because it was listed as Flipkart Assured. It arrived on October 22nd. I was satisfied for only four days before the chair broke and caused me to hit my head on the wall. Fortunately, I was not seriously injured. Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 for a MI TV 43-inch 4K. I, Aamir S., had ordered a MI TV 43-inch which was defective during the demo and installation. We requested a replacement, but due to delayed delivery, we decided to return the product. After a week, we received a refund but the pick-up of the defective TV had not been completed. Today, on 5th November at 2:30 PM, a delivery boy brought a new TV, which we declined as we had already received our refund. The defective old TV was picked up by the delivery boy. The pick-up update process seems to be delayed in the system. Kindly update the pick-up status and close the order. We do not require a replacement. Please arrange for the pick-up of the old TV.
