But I am not satisfied with the product performance as It's hanging very frequently and there are network issues as well.**When I contact you first time you replaced the product. But that product is also defective. There are many problems relating to the product. I don't want the product replacement instead I want my money back. At the time of placing order it's mentioned that return policy is valid for ** days. When I am requesting to return my product you are just replacing it. The product performance is pathetic. Your technician visited and he did not solve my query then how can he write that issue is resolved. And he is saying only flipkart can help me with this. When I am contacting flipkart they are saying we can't do anything. **Today I got to know new thing that only honor service centre can help me with this. And your technician is saying that flipkart will help me. Your representative are saying two different things. In this case I will contact you only as I have purchased it from your site.**Why are fooling customers? Worst experience with flipkart. You should return my money back . It's my hard earned money and I don't waste that much amount in this product.
