order id OD********************Hi Team,**I have given this order for Asus mobile and got delivered on **th oct **** and I was out of town so I opened this product on **th oct **** and realized that battery is not working properly also there is scratched near camera, when I am clicking camera picture while opening camera, camera contrast looks good but when I clicking photo then it is showing dark and black in that picture.**Your customer service team given so many troubleshooting and I did it everytime but same problem is still continues So I raised request infact three times everytime jeeves engineer has come and he is agreeing that there is a problem in camera and camera pictures too but don’t know when he went off from our visit he is updating status resolved but I dont understand whats problem he is resolving and my return request is going close every time.**I think jeeves engineer has to complete his resolved target? that’s why he is updating resolved status everytime.**But what about me I am suffering from last one week and doing follow up but nothing is working till now.**I have paid almost *****rs and this kind of service you are providing to customer.**I want refund for this product in any situation otherwise I have to go to nodal office and consumer forum for better solution.**I am very old customer of yours, first time I have faced this kind of problem please help.***Kind regards*Surendra*mob no **********
