Hello,** I’m requesting a full refund from the Fly Dubai Air Line for providing false information and treating us with dishonesty. On Friday July **th, ****, I reserved two flight tickets for myself Abdul Saboor Mohammad Sobir and my wife Hadisa Saboor, website FlightHub.com FlightHub Booking Number: ***-***-***, Emirates Airlines Confirmation Number: LULUIF destination from Kabul, AFG to Toronto, Ontario Canada, transiting through the EK USA. **At the Kabul AirPort FlyDubai representatives failed to inform us of the USA transit Visa and we were clear to fly to Dubai. Upon arrival at the Dubai international airport the Emirates Ticket Service Desk refused to issue boarding passes to my wife for not having a Transit Visa to USA. I provided my wife’s Permanent Residency Documents, which I personal obtained from Canada High Commission Office in Islamabad-Pakistan and presented a valid Immigrant Visa to Canada. Still the Emirates representatives refused to provide the boarding passes. I requested a direct flight from Dubai to Toronto to avoid transit visa complication. Emirates representatives demanded that I pay additional $*,***.** USD for both of use for the next flight that was on August *rd, ****. I did not have that amount of money to pay for the flight and requested to put us on another flight through another Country that does not have transit visa complication for Afghani passport. We were offered a flight to Paris-France, flight deporting on Monday July **th, **** and from there we were on our own, which meant I was to purchase the flight from Paris to Toronto. **Due to not having sufficient fund available I was offered very limit*small option. Thereafter we arrived back to terminal * and spoke with the FlyDubai customer representative. I explained our situation and experience at the Kabul and Dubai Airports. The representative offered us an apologies and a free of cost flight back to Kabul to resolve our concerns at the later date. We accepted the offer and flew back to Kabul.**On Saturday July **, **** at **** hours. Upon arrival the Kabul AirPort Police men escorted us off the plain. There was no explanation given as to why our passports were taken and we later discovered that we were being detained for deportation due to false Visa and Passports. We were in shock. We were taken in and out of few buildings where we spent up to * hours with no explanation as to why there were detaining us and why they had taken our passports without our consent. After * hours of being detained by the Kabul Air Port Police we were escorted back to FlyDubai service desk where the FlyDubai representatives were holding our passports. They advised us to pay for the return flight from Dubai a total of $*** USD and then they will release our passports and luggage. We found ourselves in very scary and unpleasant situation. We were told if we don’t make the payment our passports will be sent to FlyDubai head office in Dubai and we will not be able to leave the country. My wife and I were very scared and exhausted by the event that took place and we made cash payment of $*** USD. We were then given our passport and were threatened that our names will be blacklisted and we will no longer be able to fly with FlyDubai. This has been a horifying experince for me and my wife. **I am requesting a full refund or a direct flight from Kabul to Toronto cost of light covered by either FlyDubai or Emirates, as soon as possible so we can proceed with rebooking another flight to our destination “Toronto-Canada”. After this event we feel unsafe in Kabul and we hope we won’t be detained or prosecuted unreasonably at the Kabul Airport. **The amount i’m claiming for is Total: $****.** CAD flight cancelation plus $*** USD we paid at the Kabul Airport. **Please see below passport and visa attachments also receipts and some documents we received at the Kabul Airport. *** **Sencerly,** **Abdul Saboor Mohammad Sobir
