Still have not received our debit card. Was told on Tuesday that we were flagged high priority and would receive a call from them that day. Still waiting ... I have not received our debit card and I can’t sign into online banking even though I’ve followed all the steps. We are retired and disabled. No money, no food, not able to pay bills. So ANGRY right now. Make this happen!
We are operating blind. Can’t check our account. Followed all the steps, still can’t log in

There’s nothing more on my end I can do*Oh, that’s what the agent said Tuesday. But he said I was high priority and it would be resolved that day.
