At the time the card was opened I was struggling with a mental health crisis and engaged in risky and impulsive behaviors. One of the impulsive things I did was to open the credit card and max out the limit. **I apologize for my irresponsible behaviors and have made strides to correct some of the consequences of my actions now that my mental health is more stable.
