I never received part of my order. Called customer services after more than a half hour with the Rep I asked if Fingerhut would expedite my order with no charge to me. The rep said could not authorize it. I asked to speak with a supervisor as I have been trying to track my order for a week to no avail. I was then placed on hold for more hours than ** minutes. Someone picked up the call and immediately started saying they could not hear me and eventually hung up. How do you actually speak to a supervisor? And how can you get to a American call center? The foreign call centers are too scripted and they have trouble resolving issues outside of the script.....lending to poor customer service. Please help.
