I had my ac repaired I paid the **.** co-pay directly to ac company. * weeks later I get a bill from Fidelity stating that if I don't pay my **.** co-pay my contract would be terminated. So I paid Fidelity, then I realized I paid twice. I called Fidelity on *-** the rep put me on hold and called ac co and told me I was right I paid twice, I should get my **.** back in *-** business days. I haven't received it yet. So I called back yesterday and was told they have no record of it and if I wanted my **.** back I would have to email them a copy from ac co as proof I paid. I have email copy and want to send it in but can't find email for them. Thank You Rich Minnuies
