I am experiencing a concerning issue with a FedEx delivery. I am expecting a FedEx delivery (UK-UK) that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, 14/12, but it is now Friday, 17/12, and it has not shown up. The tracking details only show "delayed" without a new expected time. This delay is affecting my ability to fulfill customer orders for Christmas. As an employee of Redners Markets in Leesport, PA, I am concerned about the recent practice of FedEx drivers leaving packages in our front vestibule. This area is not secure and exposes packages to potential theft and extreme temperatures. I urge FedEx to reconsider this delivery method and instead deliver packages to our customer service desk or pharmacy for safekeeping. I received my parcel from Fed Ex and was slightly disappointed with its placement, between my plant barrel and garage. The delivery person appeared rushed as the box would have been safer on our covered front porch, a mere 25 feet away. Our garage is not visible from the front door. Without our presence, the package could have been exposed to any weather conditions. This is not the first time this situation has happened. Notably, we do not own any dogs that may have scared off the delivery person.

I have contacted customer service twice regarding the delivery location of our packages. We reside on a shared retreat driveway that is divided between three houses. Unfortunately, the driver has been tossing the packages into the woods or leaving them near the street, not even making it halfway down the driveway. There are specific instructions on the website requesting for the packages to be left in or by the lower garage. This has been an ongoing issue, such as with the recent tracking number [redacted]55 and numerous other deliveries from Flight Alarm containing valuable electronic items. Other shipping companies like DHL, UPS, USPS, and various other logistics firms have been able to deliver packages correctly. It is baffling why FedEx cannot seem to do the same.

Hello, I am experiencing significant delays with my package that was supposed to arrive on 11/30. It has been 18 days without any updates. Despite my efforts to reach a customer service representative in the last week and a half, I have not been successful and am feeling very frustrated. I'm frustrated with Fedex # [redacted]60 as the delivery was supposed to go to a Post Office box in Pinehurst, TX, but it was shown as delivered to the front door. I can't locate the package as it wasn't delivered to the correct address. FedEx has been unhelpful, and my claim (initially [redacted]) seems to be going nowhere. I urgently need this package, as it's a Christmas present. I had to reorder it multiple times due to it being out of stock. I'm at a loss and in need of assistance.

This is the third time I am reaching out to FEDEX regarding a recurring issue with deliveries to my home. It is increasingly frustrating to have packages left only at the man door of my garage, as this poses risks for perishable items or damage in inclement weather. We consistently purchase dog food and treats from Chewy. Unfortunately, FedEx Home Delivery repeatedly delivers our packages to our neighbors' house instead of ours. Despite having a well-lit driveway with our name and address clearly displayed, the delivery seems to go astray when it comes from Chewy. My spouse, C. I'm confused about the conflicting delivery information I received. I've been patiently waiting for a FedEx delivery that has been in Delta, BC for 10 days now. Initially promised on December 13th, there has been no sign of delivery. Despite a second promised delivery date on the 16th, my package still remains undelivered with no pending status. This situation is concerning, especially considering my previous delivery experience where there was no notification or scan, and the package was left in my apartment building until a kind neighbor brought it to my door. I am seeking assistance with completing a Create/Update Importer Identity Form (Form [redacted]) for importing goods from Sweden to the USA. We are identified as the Importer of Record on the Proforma Invoice and have an EIN number as a foreign corporation in the US. I am unsure if I should only use foreign addresses and contact information on the form or if a US address is required. I have tried contacting the number provided on the form, 1-[redacted], waiting on hold for hours and leaving messages without any response. My package has been in town since November 28, and despite multiple promises from customer service, it has not been delivered. I was informed that a case was opened, and a supervisor would call me back the same day, but I have received no calls after being told this four times. It has taken 23 days to attempt to move a package across San Jose, CA, to my residence in South San Jose. The latest update I received was an 'undetermined delivery date.' I have been repeatedly disappointed by the delivery driver from the Battlefield store in Springfield, Missouri. Despite the clear instructions on the package to deliver to my door, the driver has consistently left my frozen meal plan in the apartment office for the past four weeks. Due to my work hours, the office is closed by the time I can pick it up, resulting in the food being ruined by the next day. I am experiencing ongoing issues with FedEx refusing to deliver my packages to my address in West Chesterfield, NH. Despite filing multiple claims and trying to resolve the matter, there has been no improvement. I have missed important deliveries, including groceries before Thanksgiving, while being in quarantine with COVID-19. The delivery notes mentioned concerns about the safety of a bridge near my house, but this has never been raised before. I believe it's an excuse as my neighbor, who doesn't have a bridge, is also facing similar difficulties. While driving westbound on I-90 near Portage, Wisconsin this morning, I was in the process of passing a slow-moving semi when a FedEx truck started tailgating me. The whole passing maneuver took less than two minutes, and I was only going 5 mph over the speed limit. The truck's license number is PMM-[redacted] from Ohio. Our packages keep getting destroyed or eaten by our dogs, especially the last delivery which contained medications from FedEx. We've requested that all future deliveries be placed in one of our unlocked vehicles in the driveway to prevent this from happening again. We live in a rural area, and the dogs have access to the deliveries. Another replacement package is on the way, and we are worried about the safety of our dogs if they ingest the medications again. This situation is very troubling for us, and we kindly ask for your cooperation to address this issue.

On the FedEx website, it showed that my package was delivered to my address at 1:01 PM on 12/21/21, and left at the front door. However, the package was not there as indicated. I was at home monitoring the delivery using my strategically placed video cameras. At 1:44 PM, I observed the driver bringing the package and leaving it at my front door without ringing the bell. I have a time-stamped video as proof of this incident. Despite my instructions for FedEx to leave packages at my side door, the drivers continue to leave them at the front door against my preference. This has caused me to lose a package valued at $[redacted] in the past due to delivery instructions not being followed. Unlike FedEx, I have not encountered this issue with USPS or UPS. I kindly request FedEx management to address these concerns regarding their employees' failure to ring the doorbell when necessary and not following provided delivery instructions. Thank you.

I am expecting a package from [redacted] that was ordered on December 6th. According to the tracking information, it was delivered to my doorstep yesterday. However, when I checked, I only found a box of cookies from my brother. I spoke to my neighbors to check if it was delivered to them by accident, but no one has seen it. I am unsure about what could have happened to my package.
