* Packages were delivered to the wrong place. (************ & ************) I contacted Fed Ex on Thursday , when they were delivered to wrong place, and they stated they would check into it and call me back by * pm that evening. (No phone call received) Friday morning at *, I called again, he informed me that he would check out what was going on and get back with me. (No phone call received). Friday at **:** pm I called and when through it all again and they transferred call to someone that stated the packages were picked up and would be delivered by * pm on Friday. I stated that I really needed to know if these packages were going to be delivered, if not, I was going to have to reorder because we needed these parts. (No they were not delivered.) I returned to work today, Tuesday, September **th, and still no packages! I called back again, only to have that guy tell me that he had no info from Friday. WHAT?!!! He told me that someone, Diane Washington, would be calling. Because I have no faith in anyone calling me, because no one has yet, I wanted her number and he stated he didn't have it. I then asked to speak to a manager, he put me on hold for a bit, came back on the line and stated no one was available. I stated I would call back. **I just want my packages, why cant the driver be contacted and told he needs to get the packages and deliver to me? I have lost * days now with not having these parts.
