I paid the extra to have my parcel delivered to my door faster than normal. It was only two days ago, and it was coming from*The United States to Canada. I got a notification be saying it would be delivered March **, by * pm. It hasn’t arrived. And that’s ok. My issue is that my parcel info has not been updated and every time I ask the virtual assistant for info on where my parcel actually is, and if it is still coming it did it get sent to the wrong address or something I get little reply. If you could please help me with this, reassure me my parcel is still in fact in its way to me , I would be greatly apreciate it. My parcel number is ************.
