I received my Walmart order recently, but unfortunately, the delivery person left it at the front of my house near the water heater instead of at the backdoor as specified in my address. This isn't the first time this has happened, as in the past, my orders were left in the driveway and got wet in the rain. I've spoken to the delivery person about this before, but it seems to keep reoccurring. I'm concerned about theft and damage to my packages. I am incredibly disappointed in your company after 35 years as a loyal customer. Today, a time-sensitive package for a customer was expected before noon. The tracking initially showed it arrived at 11:58 a.m., but then it was updated to a delivery attempt at 12:07 p.m. Despite no signature requirement, the driver allegedly refused to leave the package. This is a common practice at the recipient's premises. After contacting customer service, I was assured by the Lake Charles facility that the package would arrive between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. CST, which unfortunately did not happen. Despite speaking with another FedEx representative, the guaranteed delivery for today was not fulfilled. I am astonished by the way FedEx has handled this situation, not honoring their commitments, causing financial repercussions.

I have been trying to contact 1-[redacted]9, but I keep getting automated responses. This issue dates back to July 23 and remains unresolved. I urgently need to speak with a representative about a matter concerning my stay at the Best Western Coyote Point Inn. I accidentally left my pillow there and have been trying to retrieve it. I went to a FEDEX office in Thousand Oaks to send it back, but they have not picked it up yet according to the Inn. This is causing me discomfort due to my back problems. I am seeking information on the whereabouts of my customer's package with tracking number [redacted]52, shipped on 8/18/[redacted]. My customer is upset, and I am puzzled by the third-party involvement in the shipment process after years of trouble-free transactions via eBay. I am displeased with FedEx's inability to locate the package or provide information about the third-party service responsible. I have escalated the issue with two levels of supervisors at FedEx, and if I do not receive a satisfactory response by tomorrow, I may have to file a claim with eBay as a last resort. On 7/18/20, I ordered two BMW front control arm bushings from carparts.com, each weighing 12-16 oz., shipped via FedEx with tracking number 9[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted] 10. Despite FedEx's online tracking showing delivery on 7/23/20 at 10:31am, I and a friend were present at the time and no delivery was made. Multiple attempts to contact FedEx failed as the agent in El Salvador was unhelpful and did not provide a solution. A subsequent online request also did not yield results, with a vague call received later regarding a possible misdelivery at a different location. I have been struggling for 55 minutes to get the help I need with your delivery service. The issue lies in where the packages are being left - in front of an unused garage on a busy highway or in a hot car seat during food deliveries. It is unacceptable for deliveries to be made without permission to places like my car. When you left 80 lbs of dog food blocking my door, it became a real problem as I couldn't get out and had to seek assistance. Why do US Postal Service and UPS get it right while FedEx consistently fails? It seems like the drivers don't take the extra three minutes to bring items to the door, despite specific instructions given in the past. As a disabled individual who doesn't leave the house often, this ongoing issue is extremely frustrating and incompetent. I need help to address this problem and prevent it from happening again.

I've had multiple packages from Chewy.com left at the third step of my driveway instead of the front door where I usually receive deliveries. This has happened for the second time now, and I'm concerned about package security, especially with the rise in package thefts. All my other FedEx packages have been placed correctly, outside my screened-in patio on the right side of the house. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. The FedEx message indicates the package was left at the front door, but that’s not the case. I'd appreciate it if the delivery driver could follow instructions more accurately to ensure the safety of my shipments.

I believe there might be a fraudulent scheme going on. I've received two messages supposedly from a FedEx driver named Patrick regarding a missed package delivery. The messages contain a link and request confirmation to reschedule the delivery. I spoke with a representative named Trish who advised me to report this to the abuse line via email. As I am not comfortable with email, I wanted to share this message with you. I will not engage with the messages but thought it necessary to bring it to your attention for investigation. Thank you for looking into this matter. Additionally, I received a similar message last evening but stating a missed delivery in the evening instead of the morning.

I have an ongoing issue with packages being left outside my front porch, making them visible from the street and prone to theft. Today, once again, a package was left outside despite clear instructions for deliveries to be placed inside the porch doorway as indicated on a large card. Even after contacting the main office and speaking to a lady who assured me my instructions were updated, the latest delivery was left outside in the rain. This is concerning as it's not the first time this has happened with FedEx deliveries. I strongly advise against using FedEx due to this recurring problem.

I sent a package from Lakeland, Tennessee, to Smithton, Illinois, expecting it today. I paid extra for expedited shipping on July 7th. I need it as I leave for Michigan at 5:00 a.m. I am unsure of its location or which distribution center it is at. I have previously picked up packages from the Sauget center. Unfortunately, I lack their contact information to verify if it's there. It's frustrating that there is no 24-hour customer service line available for immediate assistance. This is the second time I have had to raise the same issue - packages being thrown on my Corvette in the driveway. I have been restoring this car and recently paid $[redacted].00 for a paint detailing job. I reside on a dusty road, so having packages slid across the paint is unprofessional, not to mention the costs it incurs for me. The first time I complained, I received little assistance. The woman I spoke with seemed inconvenienced by my call and reluctant to address the problem. After insisting, she mentioned submitting a reprimand, which seems to have had no effect or may not have even been done! Moreover, this time the package left was not even mine! I have two dogs that are safely enclosed on the porch and pose no threat. I would prefer if packages were left in the front ditch rather than risking damage to my car.

My package was left unattended on the sidewalk. After approaching the Fed Ex delivery driver, who seemed young, I inquired why. He mentioned that the package was heavy. When I asked for his name, he drove away, leaving me by the open truck door, while joking with his companion. I then heard him yelling to call 1-[redacted]-Fed Ex, continuing to laugh along with his companion. Considering my age of 75, I now need to seek help getting the package to my door. I am disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism shown by the Fed Ex employees in this situation. It is disheartening to experience such behavior and service.

I am the Chairman of a Homeowners Association in Brookings, Oregon, representing 34 homes in a gated community of Senior citizens who rely on timely deliveries, particularly for medications. I encountered an issue with a FedEx driver not being able to access our security gate. Despite attempts to assist her, she refused and left, stating FedEx would no longer deliver to our complex. After reaching out to the Operations Manager for Eureka & Crescent City, California, Michael Desadario, I have yet to receive a response regarding resolving this situation. All other delivery services have had no trouble entering our community. I have provided an alternative method for entry and am waiting for a resolution. Tracking #[redacted]95: I received an email stating delivery was tried today at 12:23, but I was home all day and no one came to my front door. The email says another attempt will be made on Saturday between 10:25am and 3:40pm. I need reassurance this won't happen again and would appreciate you checking with the delivery person. I find the situation concerning. I tried calling customer service but only reached an automated system. It's frustrating to not speak with a human about this issue. I hope management looks into this promptly. Thank you.

I arranged for FedEx to collect my package for overnight delivery on Thursday, December 2, around 6:00 PM. However, the intended recipient, who is only 28 miles away in the same state, still hasn't received it. Upon contacting FedEx over the phone, representatives admitted to a mistake and offered me a refund. They informed me that due to the package being sent to different facilities far away, they can only deliver it by Monday, December 6, at the earliest. The package contains crucial documents for a real estate closing, including an original deed, and it needs to arrive today. I'm hoping to speak with a supervisor over the phone who can ensure the urgent delivery of my package.

FedEx tracking shows a Sketchers package as delivered on Dec 1, [redacted], left on my front porch. Despite checking my whole property and reviewing security footage, no sign of the package or delivery truck was found. Contacted FedEx with Case #C[redacted]0, but still no resolution. Similar issue occurred on Dec 4, [redacted], with an Amazon delivery left on the porch that also went missing. After searching, found it next to the mailbox on the street. It seems the driver may not be delivering to the porch and leaving items exposed. Have video evidence of the FedEx truck and misplaced package. Tracking number: 8[redacted] [redacted] On 12/6/[redacted] at 16:14 PM, the package was marked as delivered, but my staff at the residence did not receive it. Our property is in a gated community, and we are diligent about receiving deliveries. The confirmation report has the address listed as IS [redacted] Kona Bay Drive, but the correct address is 75-[redacted] Kona Bay Drive. Given the tight security of our community and the presence of staff during the supposed delivery, it is improbable that the package was stolen. It seems likely that it was delivered to a different address in error. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Dale L.

Tracking number [redacted]35: I've received two messages from FedEx stating they were unable to deliver my package, despite me being home both times. No attempt was made, no hangtag was left, and the doorbell wasn't rung. Today, I got the same message again. When I checked just now, the automated system said the package was out for delivery today. I want my package delivered urgently. If not today, at least resolve the issue and ensure it's on the way.

FedEx contacted my office regarding a package for delivery, but attempted delivery at a previous address from 4 years ago. They provided a tracking number too quickly for my staff to jot down. The number to call ([redacted]) was unhelpful without the tracking number, directing me to contact [redacted] Go FedEx.
