We were notified that package weighing **lbs was delivered to front door step that we were expecting. It wasn't there when we checked within * minutes of notice. I checked security cameras and driver never stepped out of his truck. He did drop off a different package in mail box that weighed ** ounces. We notified fedex and they found the package still in warehouse. They said the box was damaged. Well when we did receive package the following day the original box from Dicks Sporting goods was in perfect condition. This is typical with Fed Ex as we have had issues with you before many times. Perhaps its just the driver that serves our area but its ridiculous. We have no issues with any of your competition. Ever since one of your drivers damaged our driveway and we reported and fedex paid (but only after I proved with video and neighbor witness) the service has been awful. Perhaps the driver got in trouble and now has a chip on his shoulder towards us? This is not the first time fedex has lied about package being delivered and then claiming something different. To be honest I am starting to wonder about the intensions and misleading info we get from customer service and delivery personnel. I do not wish for anyone to be reprimanded for making a mistake for we all make mistakes however when things seem to be blatant disregard for delivery my suspicions are heightened.
