We stayed at Fairfield by Marriott in Springfield, IL (Oct. **-** ****). It was myself, my wife and two grandchildren (we had two rooms). There were some issues that confronted us in the room. This is not a complaint but rather praise for a Fairfield employee who helped us. Her name is Makenzy Hyink (Operations Manager). She got involved and took care of all issues and, in particular, treated us like royalty. You should use her to train others in the fine art of taking care of guests.

GetHuman-amrevman did not yet indicate what Fairfield Inn and Suites should do to make this right.
