I reset my password to log in from a browser but forgot the old password. Unfortunately, I can't access the phone number linked to my account anymore. I logged out without updating the number, so now I can't receive the login code sent to my old number. I need help recovering my account quickly.

My Facebook account got hacked suddenly, and I don't know how. Someone posted an inappropriate picture that violated Facebook rules, and now my account is disabled. I've looked everywhere for a way to contact Facebook for support through phone or live chat with no luck. My Facebook account was hacked on April 26th, and since then, I have been unable to reset my password and regain access to it. I've had this account for several years. When I tried to access my original account, I unintentionally created a new account. Every time I try to reset my password through Facebook support, I'm asked to provide either my email address or phone number, but each time I enter them, the code is sent to the hacker's email. My original account has a profile picture of me, email address [redacted], and phone number [redacted]. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I am eager to have this issue resolved promptly. I want my original account restored and all unauthorized access removed.

My Facebook account was hacked a month ago. The big problem is that the hacker removed all my emails and phone number. I tried to secure my account as soon as I noticed the issue, but it was too late to change the password or log in with my secondary email. With no way to reset the password as they changed my phone number and email, I already sent my ID to support to prove my identity. However, the hacker is still using my account with my personal photos. I don't know what to do anymore. I just want Facebook to verify the identity of the person using my account and take action to eliminate that account. If possible, someone please help me. I have emails from Facebook security regarding the hack and my friends who can vouch for my identity.

My wife's account was hacked late last year and was shut down by Facebook. I am trying to recover this account for her as I have better knowledge of certain computer skills. However, I cannot find the old account anywhere in the search engines provided by Facebook. All that comes up is an older account with nothing in it, so it appears she has lost everything. Her account was set up with the name Denise Bryant.

In January [redacted], seeking funding due to an auto accident, I came across a Facebook page offering assistance. Chris Michael requested my Facebook account information to send funds through Facebook Pay. After explaining I didn't have a Facebook Pay account, he assured he could guide me through it. Unfortunately, within 30 minutes, he hacked my account, leaving me unable to access it. Trying to report to Facebook Support, I received messages stating I violated community standards and had 30 days to address it before permanent disablement. Despite my efforts to regain access and explain the incident, I struggled to find the necessary support page.

I am trying to log in after being inactive for a while. I reset my password using the code sent to my email "[redacted]" (one of the two emails on the account). However, the confirmation code is being sent to an old email that I no longer use. Clicking the "confirm identity in another way" button just loops me back to the same screen. I need the reset/confirmation code to be sent to my current email address that is listed on the account. Thank you.

I recently reset my S10+ to factory settings and managed to log back into all my apps except Facebook. Despite following the instructions multiple times, I'm not receiving the authentication codes. I contacted support, provided a clear copy of my driver's license (which was rejected twice) and a photo of my Visa card (awaiting a response). I have been a victim of hacking on my account. The hacker is posing as me and asking my family and friends for money. I have evidence of the scam attempt and the hacker demanding money to give me back control of my account. I have been up for 24 hours trying to recover it, but the hacker changed all my login information. I seek assistance in either deleting the account entirely or helping me regain access to prevent further damage.

My account was compromised and is currently disabled. I need help to reactivate it. I logged in earlier today, but later faced issues logging in. When I did manage to get in, there was a request for further verification with a different profile picture. My email was hacked, affecting my Facebook account that was connected to it. On my PC browser, a message says: "Syed, you disagreed with the decision on April 21, [redacted]. It usually takes us just over a day to review your information. Your account is currently not visible, and you can't use it. We'll reassess your account; however, due to COVID-19, there may be delays. If your account complies with our standards, you can use Facebook again. If not, it will be permanently disabled." On mobile, I receive a message about violating Community Standards related to child exploitation. In late February [redacted], my Facebook ads account was compromised by hackers. After contacting Facebook, they assured me they would address the issue. A fraudulent page was added to my account and unauthorized charges were made on my card. I took the necessary steps by removing the card, consulting with my bank, and following Facebook's instructions to remove the fake page. However, since then, I have been unable to go live on Facebook. It is now May 10th, and whenever I try to go live, I am met with a message stating, "this user cannot go live." Despite receiving multiple emails from Facebook inquiring about the resolution of my issue, none of them provided a solution. It appears these emails were automated as they did not address my concerns. I am currently unable to access live chat for assistance, and my account continues to have restrictions without any clear explanation or prior warnings. I have a clean record with no community standards violations or previous issues, yet I remain unable to interact with my group or contact Facebook for assistance.

I use Windows 10 and Brave browser. However, my Facebook account is experiencing issues not only on my computer but also on my Android device and my mother's computer. This problem has persisted for around two weeks. When I try to access FB using various browsers, I cannot log in with any of my previously used passwords. The code supposedly sent to my email never arrives, preventing me from changing my password. Even attempting to create a new account leads back to my old one. I attempted to use the FB app on my phone but ran into password issues. The FB 'lite' app worked partially, but the constant notifications were bothersome. I deactivated FB on my phone as a result. Although my account is active and I can interact through my mother's account, login issues persist. I would like to reconnect with my family and groups on FB. If this problem persists, I may need to explore alternatives. I am puzzled by the failure to receive the email code and seek a resolution to change my password and regain access to my FB account.

I made a purchase on Facebook Marketplace a week ago for an item that was supposed to be shipped to me, but it still shows as sold without any further updates. Despite not seeing any charges on my PayPal account, I've been reassured thrice by different customer service representatives with similar scripted responses, like the one below: Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us.
