Upon accessing the app, I received a notification stating that an individual from an unfamiliar location attempted to log into my account. The app required me to provide verification by sending a code to my phone number, which I promptly entered. Following this, I was informed that my account needed to undergo a 24-hour review process. Upon attempting to log in after the review period, I was dismayed to find that my account had been disabled due to alleged violations of the terms of service. Upon reviewing the terms, I can confidently say that I did not breach any guidelines. I suspect my account was compromised by unauthorized individuals. It is distressing as this account holds sentimental value to me, with years of posts totaling nearly 4K followers. My account is essential for sharing photographs and staying connected with my followers. Kindly consider reinstating my account as it plays a significant role in my life.

Facebook disabled my profile due to suspicious activity after my trip to South Korea, and I agree someone accessed it. They asked me to verify my identity with face ID, which I did multiple times. I received a six-digit security code three times, but there's no page to enter it. Every attempt redirects me to the photo ID submission. I've changed my password as instructed, but I can't find where to input the security code. This is critical as it's my primary account for staying in touch with classmates. Hi, I assisted my mother in reporting a fake profile pretending to be her. The profile in question is clearly new and the link does not match the details of my mother's profile. The name, details, and photos on the fake profile belong to my mother, and when I confronted the person using the photos, they blocked my mother. Despite this evidence, Facebook has deemed the profile as not fake without proper investigation. It would make sense for Facebook to ask for proof of identification before dismissing reports. Given that our surname is uncommon, with only one other person sharing my mother's name, who happens to be the owner of the fake profile, it's evident which profile is fake. More thorough scrutiny and options for reporting issues could prevent such situations in the future. It's frustrating to see Facebook overlooking these clear discrepancies.

Hello, my name is Eric W. My Facebook account got hacked, and my personal information was being streamed without my consent. I contacted support, but they asked for $[redacted] to resolve the issue. Frustrated, I requested my account be deleted immediately, but was informed it would take up to 7 days. After several calls, they only offered to close it in 2 days. Unfortunately, it was not closed as I verified through my mother's account. My Facebook account was hacked and is now disabled. I need help to recover my account. It was disabled by mistake, and I need assistance in getting it back. I am struggling to receive the code for account recovery. We have a business account page under Douglas Thorpe Dance, an old page that needs attention. A few days ago, my account was disabled, and I cannot log in; I really need my account back. I am confused as to why my account was disabled for violating a policy. My items on Marketplace have been under review for an extended period, and I need them to be visible. My account was hacked, and I am unable to receive the confirmation code to reset it. Every sponsored ad I create gets rejected, and my account was disabled from running ads. I am having trouble resetting my hacked account and not receiving the confirmation code. Hello, I am concerned that my account has been hacked. On March 8th, I attempted to check my messages on Facebook via the app on my phone. Even though I enter the correct email address and password, I was unable to log in. Initially, I attributed it to a network issue. Upon trying on my computer at home, I received an error and couldn't access my account. On March 11, [redacted], at 2:00 AM, I received a notification on my phone from [redacted], stating that a new security code was issued to reset my password. I was asleep at the time and did not initiate any password reset. When I tried to log in on my trusted devices, I was prompted with an old password that was supposed to have been changed. I recently logged out of my Facebook account on all devices, except for my iPhone Messenger app. When attempting to log back in, it claimed my email wasn't linked to the account ([redacted]). On March 8, [redacted], Facebook disabled my account without notice. I am unsure why this happened. I suspect my account may have been hacked since I received instructions to upload a photo of myself to validate my account, a process I found challenging. Despite multiple attempts with my passport and driver's license photos, following the guidelines didn't work. Attempting to contact customer service by calling resulted in a message saying they do not accept customer calls, and emailing them at [redacted] bounced back as "domain unknown." I have been unable to access Facebook or Messenger for several months now. I keep receiving messages saying I forgot my password, which is sometimes not accurate. Despite creating new passwords, each time I attempt to log in, it appears to have been changed without my knowledge. I haven't made these changes. I have contacted an attorney who is in touch with the Federal Communications Commission to address this issue with Facebook. This situation is unfair as I have not done anything to trigger it. Furthermore, dealing with my son's cancer diagnosis in another state and my husband's dementia, it is crucial for me to regain access to Facebook. I do not deserve the unpleasant messages I have received. I had previously uploaded various photos and my cover picture, which I had requested to be published. An appointment with the FCC is scheduled for Friday, and I need my computer operational. Additionally, I had to buy a new one and sent copies of your corporate policies to the FCC.

I suspect that my account has been hacked, and my information has been altered. I have had to reset my password multiple times due to unknown login attempts. I deactivated my Facebook account around 14 years ago. Yesterday, I managed to log in and reset my password using the email associated with my account. However, I faced an additional verification step since I wasn't using a familiar device. Facebook requested that I identify 5 friends from pictures and contact them for recovery codes to proceed further. Unfortunately, 3 of these friends are deceased, and I've lost touch with the other two. I've attempted multiple times but keep getting the same set of photos. I believe my Facebook account has been compromised. When attempting to log in, I am informed that my email and phone are not registered, and upon searching, I discovered a different email associated with my profile, beginning with "m". Strangely, the profile picture and name are still correct (Charlie Hartman). Despite my efforts to secure the account, I was only able to create a new one with a different profile picture (a moose). To maintain correspondence while resolving this issue, I will provide my work email for now.

I am unable to access my Facebook account as I no longer have access to the phone number linked to receive the verification code. The profile pictures are visible, but due to private settings, I cannot enter the account. My previously saved passwords on Google are no longer available, and I cannot update the phone number within Facebook settings without logging in. The username associated with the account I am trying to recover differs from the new account that appears. I simply wish to update my phone number to the current one and receive the verification code on it. Additionally, I need to retrieve my username for the account.
