My account has been disabled, and I've been unable to restore it despite numerous attempts. I submitted two blurry copies of my driver's license, which were rejected, and later a clear copy of my passport photo, with no response. Emails to [redacted] bounced back due to the mailbox being full. I rely on Facebook for work contacts for my upcoming job and really need help to recover my account. Can someone assist me with this issue? Thank you, Todd F. from Strathmore, Alberta, Canada.

My account was hacked. I received emails overnight about login attempts and a code was sent to my phone. I only realized this morning when I saw my email was changed and my phone number removed. I managed to verify my identity but now I can't receive the 6-digit code for two-step authentication since my phone isn't linked to my account anymore. I've contacted Facebook with my ID for help but haven't had a response yet. I need assistance to receive the authentication code as I'm unable to use the available options without my phone linked.

I'm struggling to regain access to my disabled Facebook account despite following all the necessary steps. The system indicates that I am underage for an account, which is incorrect. I might have accidentally pressed a wrong button, triggering this issue. Even after submitting my passport previously to verify my age, I am still locked out. This situation is incredibly frustrating for someone like me who has been a loyal Facebook user since its early days, migrating from Myspace. Here are the details needed for assistance: Name: Todd F. Date of Birth: July 3, [redacted] Email: [redacted]@shaw.ca Location: Strathmore, Alberta Country: Canada

Hello, I have been using Facebook for many years with no issues. However, on Saturday, November 28th, during a small party at my place, a drunk friend of a friend accessed my laptop. Thinking he was playing solitaire, I didn't realize that my Facebook account was left open. The next day, I discovered that my account was "disabled." This is the first time I've faced this situation, and I'm unsure of what steps to take to reactivate my account. Facebook is my main way of staying in touch with many of my relatives. Any assistance on how to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently began using Facebook and decided to use a cartoon character as my profile picture for fun. To my surprise, my account was promptly disabled. I realize that pretending to be someone else is against the rules, even if it's clear I am not a cartoon character. I respect Facebook's guidelines and plan to change my profile picture once I regain access to my account.

Yesterday, I was browsing Facebook when suddenly my account got disabled. The next day, when I tried to log in, I couldn't because it asked for additional verification that my Gmail didn't satisfy. I even took a photo of my ID, but it's been 5 days now, and I still can't access my account or register on any apps. It's causing me a lot of trouble not being able to browse the internet or contact my friends on Messenger.

Gracias.

My Facebook account was hacked, and as a result, it's been disabled for months. I reported the issue to recover my account, but when I try to log in, I get a message saying, "Reviewing Your Information May Take Longer Than Usual because of Coronavirus." I'm puzzled as to why it's taking so long even after providing my ID. I've waited patiently for months, but I'm eager to hear back from Facebook customer service to resolve the matter regarding my account. Thank you.

For some reason, Facebook started using an email I don't typically use, so signing on was impossible. After several attempts on Sunday and sending my ID picture twice, I eventually convinced someone to change my email to the correct one. Although I was able to reset my password on Sunday, I couldn't access my account with the new password. On Monday, I received confirmation that my correct email is now linked to my Facebook account, but I keep getting messages saying I've entered my password slightly wrong. They corrected it for me but are asking me to type it correctly. My password is my sister's name—I'm confident I know how to spell her name after 63 years! I simply want to access my Facebook. I've never had issues before, and this is just frustrating. Please resolve this problem that Facebook has caused. It shouldn't be this difficult for Facebook to fix. I even tried using my old password, but that didn't work either.

Hello, I purchased a new computer a few weeks ago, and I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account. The browser is indicating that the password was changed within the last seven months, but I cannot recall the new one. I have attempted several times to reset it using my phone number, but I have not received any text message with the code. The alternative would be through email, but I no longer have access to that account. I can still access the app on my phone, but I have been unsuccessful in retrieving the password from there as it does not seem to be saved like other app passwords. The phone number associated with my account is +[redacted]8. The email linked to the account is [redacted] Thank you for your assistance. Martin

I recently had my late sister, Linda Salzman Beyersdorf Juul's Facebook profile memorialized. However, she remains the sole administrator of the Facebook group "You know you're from Clintonville If....", where Jason Farley Cotter has been posting inappropriate content. Unfortunately, as my deceased sister is still listed as the administrator, no one can remove him from the group. I have been unsuccessful in getting Facebook to change the administrator status. It is crucial that my sister is removed as the sole admin so that someone else, possibly me, can take over the role and address this issue. Why is this such a difficult process?

My father created an account solely to create a political parody page. The page was starting to gain traction when the account got suspended. As my father was the only admin, I believe the page is also suspended. There was no intentional misinformation, and the account was labeled as a satire account. I'm confused as to why it was suspended for guideline violations when it shared fact-checked information. There are many meme pages on Facebook, and my father hoped to grow a fan base and sell merchandise. We hope this matter can be resolved without deleting the account or page. We are ready to remove any posts flagged as misinformation.

On the 3rd of November, I received a message from Facebook, a verified source, informing me that my mobile number, 07[redacted]08, was registered and verified by another person on the platform. The message explained that even though the number was still linked to my account, the other person could see any SMS notifications sent to me. Upon checking my Facebook account settings, I noticed that indeed "another person is associated with this number," which puzzled me as I do not share my number with anyone and continue to use it. Despite my attempts to resolve this through Facebook's problem resolution procedure and requesting the removal of this "other person," I have not received any responses. The issue persists, and I am unsure how someone could register and verify their account using my mobile number without my knowledge. I am seeking alternative ways to contact Facebook to address this situation promptly and understand the circumstances surrounding this incident.

Dear Facebook Team, I am having trouble signing in to my Instagram account "Bastiflights." Although I can log in with my password, a popup appears asking me to confirm my identity with the email address "p*******e@o***.pl," which is not mine. I suspect someone may have changed it without my knowledge. As this is a business account, it is crucial for me to regain access. I would like to speak with a live support agent, but being in Europe might limit my options. Despite changing my password multiple times, the issue persists. Could you please assist me with this matter? Regards, Bastian

I was blocked on Facebook after experiencing harassment. I responded kindly, saying "God bless" even after the situation. Facebook is crucial for me during the COVID-19 pandemic as I care for an elderly woman and my two children. I tried to resolve the issue with the person before they reported me wrongly. I hope Facebook can overlook this incident, as it truly was not my intention, and I assure you it won't happen again. Thank you. Best regards, Tiffany Brooke Hunter
