I believe someone has accessed my Facebook account and changed the password. I managed to reset the password, but now it's asking for an SMS code that I never receive. Additionally, it's requesting a login code from an authentication app that I never set up. I've attempted to verify my identity by providing my driver's license and birth certificate, but I haven't received confirmation emails. I'm hesitant to keep sending sensitive information if it's not secure. I really need access to my Facebook account back and would prefer not to create a new one. My Facebook account got blocked because they claimed I used a celebrity name as my username. They requested a photo of my passport, but then said I violated community standards and banned my account. I use Facebook primarily to play Slotomania, a game I've enjoyed for over a decade. They haven't specified which rules I broke, but I suspect my account might have been hacked, leading to unauthorized posts. To continue playing Slotomania, I created a new Facebook account as advised by the game support, but even that got blocked. Although I managed to transfer my Slotomania progress to the new account, I can't access it now. The new Facebook account is under Mark Scott with the email [redacted], while my original account is [redacted] Recovering my original account is crucial as it holds years of game progress. My daughter's Facebook account has been hacked, and her profile picture is being changed to a damaging photo, which is causing her distress and harming her reputation. Due to circumstances, she's unable to manage the account herself, so as her father, I'm handling it now. Despite my attempts to block access and change the password, the hackers are still getting in and changing the picture. On 27/11, Facebook blocked my account. I've made numerous attempts to unblock it with no success. Despite sending my driver's license and passport, I received emails from Facebook stating that the account is unblocked, providing a link that never works. The hackers altered the email linked to my account, preventing me from receiving verification codes. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am encountering an error message "something went wrong" when trying to access settings on Facebook. I have only used Facebook on my phone and typically log in with my fingerprint, so I can't recall my password. Unfortunately, the email address and phone number associated with my account are no longer accessible to me. My friend's profile was hacked and deactivated, along with his business page which is vital for his work. Despite submitting ID proofs for appeal, Facebook rejected his requests. His newly created profile was also removed. All provided evidence and appeals have been unsuccessful, affecting his income as his business relies heavily on his Facebook page. Despite considering a copyright appeal, he is hesitant due to the risk of permanent account deletion. Facebook's insistence on further proof leaves him doubtful. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

In [redacted], my sister passed away. Her profile has been memorialized, but she is still shown as the administrator of a group called "You know you're from Clintonville if...". I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to have her removed as the administrator despite being contacted by members who want posts removed. We require an active administrator for the group, but I am facing difficulties in getting assistance from Facebook. I am frustrated by the lack of support in resolving this issue promptly.

Someone on Messenger named Aaron Gutpill has been sending threatening messages about causing physical harm to a young woman. I have never met him and am concerned for her safety. I did not engage with the messages but now I am worried about what he might do. I think it would be helpful if Facebook could track his location and ensure the young woman is safe. It would also be beneficial if she could be taken to a shelter for protection. I am afraid of retaliation if he finds out I reported him, so I am hoping to keep this anonymous.

I ordered six sea glass Christmas trees, three 5.5" and three 7.5". However, I received six 5.5" acrylic trees instead of what I wanted. I recently changed my password and selected the option to log out of all sessions. However, now I am unable to log into the mobile app and messenger, as I keep getting blocked for too many login attempts. This issue occurred last week as well, and even after waiting 24 - 96 hours, clearing the cache, and browser history, the problem persists. I'm frustrated that my attempts to secure my password have resulted in this login issue. I am unable to access the app on my phone. My FB id is Baburaj MS.

I live in Florida and noticed suspicious activity on my FB account from Seattle, indicating a potential hacking incident. Following FB's instructions, I took steps to secure my account and verified my identity by uploading my driver's license. Unfortunately, my account has now been disabled, preventing me from accessing my business accounts in FB Business Suite. Every login attempt results in a message stating that my account may remain disabled if I am deemed underage, despite being 40 years old. I am frustrated with FB's handling of the situation and the lack of customer service. I seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

My account was hacked, and someone changed the email and password. When I received alerts in my email, I quickly went to the Facebook app and recovered my account by changing the email and creating a stronger password. Now, I am being prompted for a verification code sent to my unlisted mobile number, which is not set up on Facebook to receive codes or from the generator within the app. My mobile device is the only place where I access Facebook, so another device or browser approval is not an option. It has been 15 days, and I am still unable to log in. Message sent on 12/01/[redacted].

I received a request to change my email address on my FB page from jancantyphd.com to [redacted] as suggested by my followers. The deadline given was December 15, and I am unsure if this is legitimate. It seems forceful, and I am curious about who initiated this change. My attempts to respond led me to a page called "A Life Divided."

My Facebook account has been compromised. The person who has taken control changed the email, phone number, and password. I have been unable to access my account since 11/26/[redacted], and today is 12/01/[redacted]. Despite submitting my driver's license to Facebook, they claim the issue is resolved when it is not. Now, I am unable to resubmit my license or request access to my own account.
