Hello. My name is Festus Nwanokwara, also known as Agumba Asiegbunam on Facebook. I created a group called Agumba Group, but due to a high volume of messages, I tried to adjust my age to limit them. However, this resulted in my account being disabled by Facebook. I have been unsuccessful in reactivating my account and seek assistance to resolve this issue. Your help in restoring my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Pinky Ruswell FB account was hacked just over a week ago. I have been trying to get Facebook to close it down as it's being used by scammers. I opened a new FB account under Sam Russell (Pinky), and it has now been disabled after about a week. I'm unsure if it's because I've been trying to get the Pinky Ruswell account closed or if it's for warning people about the hacking. I've been with FB since [redacted], and my account has been hacked twice this year. Despite being the victim, FB has disabled my new account for the security of FB users, leaving me unable to stay in touch with friends and family overseas. Please reinstate my Sam Russell (Pinky) account immediately, or I will escalate this issue to newspapers and the ombudsman. My Sam Russell FB account is linked to [redacted] I'm the victim here, not the hacker or scammer. FB should prioritize the rights of victims over hackers.

Four years ago, my email was hacked, and I disabled it. Now, I am unable to retrieve my password since I can't change my email address. I can't remember my old password since my iPad logs me in automatically. I need to update my email to receive a code to reset my password. My Facebook account was hacked without my knowledge. I recently found out after hearing from the FB community standards team. They have now restricted my use from advertising on FB Buy and Sell platforms that I had previously used without any problems. I was shocked to see the post that was shared without my consent. I want to clarify that the post was not from me, and I have already updated my password to secure my account. I typically use Facebook to promote my Fireplace Makeover business, which is now being impacted by this situation. I would appreciate any assistance or understanding in resolving this matter. I recently released an official music video for one of my songs that I distributed on various music platforms. I paid for an ad promotion on Instagram to boost its visibility. Typically, I send out direct messages to some of my followers when I make a post to enhance their chances of seeing it. My Instagram account was a business one from the beginning. The next morning, I was surprised to find out that Facebook/Instagram had deactivated my account. This situation is new to me as I had never encountered this issue before when posting new content. The deactivation not only disrupted my business significantly, but it also affected clients' contact information stored on the account. Additionally, I was still charged for the promotion despite the deactivation. I have reached out to Facebook multiple times, providing evidence that the account was used for my business activities and asserting my ownership. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution, as having a live chat option to address this matter today would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to log into Facebook today but found my account disabled without any explanation. Despite providing my ID to verify my identity, my account remains disabled for allegedly violating community standards, which is puzzling to me as I don't post controversial content. I am 73 years old and struggle with modern technology. My son initially created my account for me, which worked fine at first. The following day, I encountered issues accessing Messenger, as I was prompted to upload a photo of myself. Despite multiple attempts to send the photo, I failed. Subsequently, I was asked to provide various poses of my face, which seemed suspicious. I was advised that it was not mandatory to use a picture of myself and could opt for a flower instead. Unsuccessfully, I tried to send an image of a palm tree and was informed that I had violated a rule, resulting in my account being disabled. I haven't attempted to use it since then, but I would like to reactivate my account. Messenger is crucial for communicating with a sick friend during the pandemic, as I can't visit her in person. Kindly assist me in reopening my existing account or setting up a new one to maintain contact with my friend.

I am reaching out because on 10/24/[redacted], my account was hacked. The profile picture was changed to an unknown man with an unfamiliar language, and shortly after, my account was locked. I went through the identity and appeals process but even after submitting an appeal, my account remains inaccessible due to alleged violation of community standards. This has hindered my ability to communicate with family and friends during the pandemic. I have been a long-time Facebook member and I urge you to check the location of the profile picture change on 10/24/[redacted] to prove it was not from any of my devices, showing I do not breach community guidelines. Additionally, my small business operated through Facebook is also impacted. Kindly reactivate my Facebook page. I have updated my email password to prevent future hacks. My account's email has been changed by someone, and I can't seem to switch it back to my own. During this process, another Facebook page was created. The new page is the only one I can use; my original one shows as a 'friend request.' I'm puzzled why it's simple for someone else to alter my account but challenging for me to fix it. I urgently need help regarding a situation with a Facebook user named Angloria Dhnras. It started fine until she turned the conversation sexual and convinced me to video chat. Now she's threatening to share the video unless I send her money. I blocked her, but she's still harassing me by phone and threatening to ruin my reputation online. I'm not sure what to do and feeling scared. She's demanding $1,[redacted] by Friday. I've already reported her on Facebook, but I'd appreciate talking to someone about this as soon as possible. I manage our church's page, but I'm unable to share posts to my personal page or others. The only options available are "Share to a Page" or "Share to a Group," making it challenging to spread the word about events. This issue has recurred despite being previously fixed by Facebook. Additionally, I find the new event creation process confusing. It lacks clarity on how to upload a photo, especially for events that are neither in-person nor chat room-based due to current restrictions. Feeling uncertain, I chose to abandon the event creation altogether. Fortunately, at home, the process remains familiar, allowing me to create events swiftly before it adopts the convoluted new method.

I have recently been appointed as an administrator for a business account owned by the company (company name). The original owner is also an admin, even though the account was set up by a past employee of theirs. Unfortunately, the owner can't reach out to this individual. We are facing issues accessing the account directly as the system does not recognize the email associated with it. When attempting to reset the password, we are informed that the email does not exist in the records. The contact number on the account is also unrecognizable, leaving us at a standstill. The account in question is facebook.com/PaintingEnterprisesUsa. I, Jeffrey J., am the primary admin, with the owner, Jorge O., as the secondary admin. Our main goal is to gain direct access to the account via login. Any suggestions on how to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It seems like my infrequently used account was hacked recently. I received a notification from Facebook about it, but when I tried to regain access, my account got locked. Despite multiple restoration attempts, I was unsuccessful. The instructions specify logging into their website, which is where the issue arises - I can't log in because they are accusing me of breaking an unspecified rule. At eighty years old, it has been a while since I knowingly violated any rules. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach them over the phone for assistance.

I created a personal account to manage my business's Facebook page for marketing purposes. After a few days, I found out my account was disabled when trying to log in. Facebook requested a profile picture, so I uploaded one with my face to comply. Recently, upon attempting to access my account to continue working, I discovered it had been disabled. URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED Greetings, we urgently require assistance regarding a troubling situation we are facing. On 6th October [redacted], my FB account got hacked, and the hacker spent nearly $[redacted] on Facebook ads. Both my wife, A.B. and I were removed as admins from our business page (facebook.com/ordinaryfamily). Once we noticed the issue, we immediately canceled our card and stopped payments via Facebook/PayPal, even though we were traveling with limited reception. Even though PayPal and the bank recognized it as a security breach with Facebook, they haven't refunded the money spent on the Facebook ads. Strangely, they did refund money taken directly from them, but it was credited to our PayPal Balance. Despite this, Facebook reactivated ads on my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT on 17th October, allowing the hackers to withdraw another $[redacted]. The money was taken from the PayPal balance despite the card cancellation. I've tried reporting this problem to Facebook, but I only receive automated responses indicating they can't reactivate the ads. I do not want the ads to be reactivated because that will lead to more money being stolen. Seeking the following actions: 1) Disabling the ad function 2) Removing any remaining financial links from my Facebook account 3) Eliminating anyone other than my wife and myself as admins on our business page (facebook.com/ordinaryfamily) 4) Restoring my wife and me as admins on our business page (critical for our livelihood) 5) Investigating who accessed our account and providing details to the authorities 6) Refunding all money spent on Facebook since 6th October by the hacker. This issue has been reported to the Police and Cyber authorities, who advised contacting Facebook, but we've had no success in reaching out to a responsive human contact for 3 weeks. I have unexpectedly lost my marketplace access. Despite being a highly rated seller with all my listings approved and no prior issues, my access was revoked. I initiated a review and was informed of a 24-hour response time, but it has been 4 days with no reply. I am anxious as this removal coincided with me shipping over $[redacted] in orders. Being a full-time online seller, I am concerned about pending payouts and inventory already dispatched. This issue arose following a password change prompted by Facebook. Similar cases in the community suggest a link between access loss and password alterations, leading to a feeling of being disregarded by Facebook. I have been experiencing ongoing issues with someone trying to access my Facebook account for months. Each time I receive a notification saying there has been an attempted login (usually from the US while I'm in the UK). I am repeatedly told to change my password, sometimes every day, so now I keep them written down. However, after a recent notification, when I tried to change my password, Facebook stated it was incorrect. Despite multiple attempts, I was not able to resolve the issue as there was no option for troubleshooting on the password change page. Despite reaching out to Facebook security multiple times, providing various details and explaining the situation, I have not received any helpful replies. I recently received an email from Instagram with a code confirming an attempted account opening, which was not initiated by me. I have tried to provide all necessary information to Facebook's security team, but the issue persists. I'm unsure how to regain access to my account and feel helpless as I am unable to log in to seek help through Facebook's support pages.
