Your advertisement for FF P3 masks is deceptive. I previously contacted Facebook to report that fraudulent ads were allowed on your platform. Unfortunately, no action was taken, and scammers continue to deceive people by stealing money and personal information. They not only took my money, but also prevented the masks from reaching the hospital where they were needed. Recently, I have been receiving calls from Congo, likely a scam attempting to trick me into calling back. I am disappointed in Facebook for permitting fraudsters to advertise and for the repercussions I now face with my compromised phone number and personal information. I have been running ads for weeks, spending over $[redacted], targeting specific demographics in the US; women aged 25-65. However, my ads are reaching audiences speaking languages such as Greek, Arabic, Russian, which doesn't align with my target group. Hello, My girlfriend's Facebook account was hacked and has been disabled for violating policies. We've submitted an identification recovery form to Facebook for assistance. Unfortunately, she can't access her registered email. We're trying to recover it through Hotmail but that may not work. Is there another method to regain her account without email access? I believe I may have shared some content that violates the rights, such as a song with a dance video or a political issue related to COVID, I am unsure which one it was. Suddenly, I was logged out last March **, and now I cannot log back in. I do not have access to the email address, mobile number, or alternative email address associated with my account that was created ** years ago. The account in question is under the name Jen Apritado Bastyna, where I kept all my children's photos and cherished memories. I hope to recover this account. When I attempt to log in on the phone, it prompts to confirm my identity, but when I try logging in on a computer, it says my account is disabled. When I search for the account using another Facebook account, it does not appear anymore. I have also tried sending my ID several times, but I am unable to access my email address. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, my account was hacked and disabled. Someone changed my password, uploaded pictures that weren't mine, and changed my name. After I uploaded my ID, I received one email saying they couldn't help and to check my disabled Facebook account for more information. I tried logging in, but it just asked me to upload my ID again. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account due to alleged suspicious activity. The platform is requesting my phone number, which I am reluctant to provide as it is a private number. Upon sign-up, Facebook offers the option to use either a phone number or an email address. I prefer email, but am being prompted for a picture of myself. Despite my attempts, the platform rejected the only three photos I have. Thus, I tried creating a new account, but encountered the same requests for a phone number and a photo, resulting in repeated rejections of my pictures. I am perplexed by this situation as it is just a social media platform, not a government agency. I have been a user of Facebook for years, so I am unsure why I am facing these issues now.

I was informed by a man named Agent James Smith that I won the ET bonus, also known as the Easter Bonus, through a Facebook promotion. He requested personal details including my full name, address, employment, marital status, age, gender, email, phone number, and even my Facebook password. After he accessed my account and changed my email, I managed to reset my information but now I can't complete verification without a code sent to my phone. I'm concerned James might be receiving these codes. He instructed me not to discuss my winnings with anyone and to buy Amazon gift cards.

I came across a disturbing video on Facebook showing a man committing violence against an animal. This content involves sexual abuse, nudity, and violence, among other things. I reported it to Facebook, but was informed that it does not violate community standards. This is surprising given Facebook's guidelines. The video needs to be taken down, the account responsible should be deactivated, and there should be legal repercussions. This kind of content is unacceptable, especially considering our current global circumstances. Unless the video is removed, I will escalate the matter to my local news outlet, along with the response from Facebook. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I haven't been very active on Facebook lately, just checking in occasionally without posting much. On the afternoon of April 2nd, I sent a message to a friend through Facebook Messenger while at work. However, when I logged in from home later that evening around 7:30-8 pm, I was surprised to see a message stating that my account was not found or disabled. This problem persisted for a couple of days until it changed to saying my account was blocked for 24 hours, which happened on Sunday, the 5th. It's now Wednesday, the 8th, and I'm still seeing the message that my account is blocked for 24 hours. I've had this account since around 2[redacted], and at 62 years old, I would never intentionally post or repost anything offensive. During these lockdown days, Facebook has been crucial for me to stay connected with friends and family. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My Facebook name is Marie Osborne. On April 7th, [redacted], I came across a post by Jennifer Esekhile promoting an investment opportunity promising double returns. Despite knowing Jennifer since [redacted] and having a positive impression of her, I lost contact with her. I reached out via Facebook Messenger, where she encouraged me to invest. Falling victim to a fraudulent scheme, I realized my investment was a scam when I didn't receive any returns. Desperate to recover my funds, I repeatedly contacted Jennifer through both Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, but to no avail. Eventually, I discovered that my Facebook account had been hacked after clicking on a suspicious link provided by the imposter posing as Jennifer. After seeking help, I learned that the person I had been communicating with was not Jennifer at all. My financial loss and inability to access my hacked Facebook account left me feeling betrayed and vulnerable.

Facebook recently contacted me regarding potential issues with my profile name. They mentioned the need to review it due to community standards. I use my full first name and an initial as my last name for privacy reasons as I've had stalking issues in the past. After uploading my driver's license, they now require my full first, middle, and last name to be displayed. I've tried to upload alternative documentation with just my first and last name, but Facebook insists on having all names displayed. This situation is making me uncomfortable as I've maintained a genuine account for nearly 15 years and want to feel secure using the platform.

Upon returning to my Messenger app, I noticed I had been logged out. A stranger had begun sending me threatening messages, leading to my Facebook account being locked. I suspect that my account has been hacked. Despite attempting to reset my password by requesting a code via text message, I am unable to confirm my identity on unfamiliar computers supposedly linked to my account, listed as "unknown" and something related to "FB internal Thrift over Http." I have been using the Messenger app on my Android for years, which is linked to my phone number. Today, when I created a Facebook account to join a specific group, I mistakenly input a partially incorrect name on my Messenger profile. I've been unable to post on Facebook for 30 days, from March 6th to April 6th. Today, my account got restricted again for another 30 days. I feel they are being too strict with me, especially when there are worse accounts and posts out there. I made a post, deleted it immediately, and got blocked instantly. I need to communicate with you about this. Some accounts post far worse things with no consequences. I believe I'm being unfairly targeted on a platform I have been using for many years.
