My name is Brian, and I have lost contact with the person who was supposed to help me with my Facebook account issue. I created a Facebook page called "Pokemon Go Raid Battles City Of Olney, Illinois" on August 17, [redacted], where I was the sole admin and moderator. Unfortunately, my account was illegally hacked, and the admin and moderator roles were removed. I tried to reset my account with a new code or password, but faced difficulties with my phone number and email address not being recognized. I created a new Facebook account hoping to regain access to my Pokemon Go page. Despite creating the new account, I still can't access my original page to recover admin and moderator control. Facebook has not been responsive, and the Olney Police Department in Illinois has prepared a report (R19-[redacted]) regarding the issue. They suspect that the hacker changed my email address and other details. Someone else is now operating my Pokemon Go website without authorization. Hi, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account named Bhojani Broadcasting. I have submitted my original documents as requested by Facebook due to a logout issue. Facebook has mentioned that they will review the documents and get back to me. However, I have not received any response yet. Can someone guide me on how to proceed with opening my account? I've been unable to post, schedule, delete, or take any action on the business page I manage. The page creator also faced posting issues for a day. Even after trying different troubleshooting steps like clearing caches, using different browsers and devices, re-inviting admins, etc., my admin access remains unusable. There are no flags on our page or personal accounts. I've searched online and in the help community for a solution but to no avail. The two admins have reported the problem, but there's been no response. I handle almost all the content on our business Facebook page.

A person I know is creating multiple fake Facebook accounts using other people's names. This individual has been harassing me and others, even going as far as threatening my life through messages. I have involved the police, but I also believe it's important to report this behavior to Facebook. The situation is becoming unbearable. I have never provoked this person, and I suspect there may be underlying mental health issues. The messages I receive are filled with numerous derogatory statements, threats towards my safety, and suggestions for self-harm. Using Facebook to fabricate accounts in others' names to spread such hate is not acceptable. Despite blocking the accounts, she continues to create new ones just to continue harassing me. She impersonates other people to convey these hurtful messages. It's evident she is solely creating these accounts to torment people. I have collected several screenshots of these interactions for your review. I'm unsure of what actions can be taken, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated whenever possible. Thank you.

On January 29, [redacted], a Facebook friend named A.L. mentioned a program called American Hope Resources to me. He claimed to have received $[redacted],[redacted] from this new program. He suggested I contact an individual named A.R. and mention his referral. After sending a friend request to A.R., I noticed discrepancies on his profile related to the program. A.R. explained via messenger about a grant for the destitute, with a $[redacted],[redacted] prize. A.R. requested a $3,[redacted] fee, which A.L. offered to partially cover. I paid $1,[redacted] via iTunes following instructions from A.R., who then vanished and reappeared on a new account. They now seek an additional $10,[redacted] for supposed taxes. I have reported this to the FTC (case#[redacted]43). A.L. and I have been casual Facebook friends for a while. I alerted Facebook about the situation (Case # [redacted]). Suspected scam alert. My brother, who is mentally disabled, and his girlfriend, who are both autistic, have been facing bullying online. Despite our efforts, including deleting and reporting hateful comments and blocking individuals, Facebook has not taken appropriate action. I have personally experienced being wrongly blocked on Facebook, so I understand the frustration. The platform failed to address the harassment of over [redacted] people targeting individuals with disabilities. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to escalate it further.

I'm having trouble accessing my account because the email linked to it is outdated. I've attempted to reset my password, but the new password keeps getting sent to the inaccessible email. I reached out to customer service for help, but now it seems like I have a new account and am being prompted to reconnect with all my "friends." I just want to regain access to my original account. It feels like it should be an easy fix if I can just get someone to update my email address associated with the account.

Hello Facebook, my name is Bishal Fx, and I am encountering a significant issue. I have been using Facebook for over 10 years, and suddenly my original and long-standing account has been disabled. I inquired as to the reason, and it seems like I was accused of impersonating someone else, which is not the case as I am a real user. When I tried to create a new account, it was disabled as well. I realized that someone has created a fake account using my identity and verified it with false information. Consequently, whenever I create a new account, it gets reported and disabled due to this fake account. I urgently need my original account reinstated as it contains many years' worth of memories with over 3,[redacted] pictures, [redacted] videos, and I also manage a popular page where I am the sole administrator. If I cannot recover my original account, I will lose access to all this important content. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I encountered an advertiser on your platform who was selling grills. Unfortunately, they turned out to be scammers and tricked me into paying $82. I have reported this issue to your team, but I have yet to receive any assistance. If I do not see any progress soon, I will have no choice but to reveal how scammers are allowed to operate on your app without proper vetting or action taken against them. I experienced an unexpected logout followed by being informed about unusual account activity. After logging back in, I proceeded to change my password and verify the listed emails on my account. Despite confirming my emails were correct, I encountered an issue when prompted to provide a new contact email. Even after inputting a new contact email for verification, the system keeps looping back to unrecognized emails. Now, I am unable to progress due to a sudden block on recovery attempts online, citing rapid response as the reason. Multiple attempts to reset through my phone have also been futile.

Hello, It has been two years since I left Afghanistan. I added two-factor authentication to my account, and my phone number was linked to Facebook. I contacted Facebook and provided my ID information, but I have not received a response. I received a message stating that another person verified my mobile number on December 27, [redacted], resulting in two-factor authentication being turned off. I have created a new account with the same email, yet my old account linked to the email still exists on Facebook. After having to factory reset my phone, I attempted to log back into my Facebook account using the credentials I had written down. Unfortunately, the system is not recognizing them as correct. I did create a new account in the meantime, but I am eager to access my original account which contains nine years' worth of posts. Since my recovery email is associated with a long-forgotten Yahoo account, I am unable to access it or receive any verification codes. I reached out to Yahoo for assistance, but they were unable to help due to insufficient information. Could someone assist me in regaining access to my old Facebook account?

Hello, Facebook team, It appears that our ads have stopped running on Facebook once again. Previously, one of our affiliates inadvertently triggered a disability on ad account Bantai by using non-compliant ads on other accounts. Tino from support helped resolve this issue on 23 January, which was a huge relief. I expressed my gratitude for the assistance received from Tino, only to discover that Bufford has disabled my account once more. This unexpected action has caused me a great deal of stress, as we have not made any changes to the account. Despite our efforts to comply with Facebook policies and address past issues, our account is disabled again. We are committed to following the rules and regulations set by Facebook and simply want to run our successful ads without any problems. Dear Facebook, I am confused as to why my advertising account was flagged for potential violence. All I did was make a payment using my BCA credit card, and suddenly Facebook flagged me without any explanation, indicating I violated rules which I don't understand as I believe I didn't do anything wrong. Additionally, when I tried to boost a post for 500k IDR using DOKU payments, it didn't work. Could you please advise on how I can recover my ad account and what steps I need to take to re-activate it? I have already added funds to my balance. Thank you for your assistance. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I believe my phone number has been removed, as I am not receiving authentication codes via SMS. I am able to receive codes through email, though. I was contacted by an individual who called me on video and asked me to show parts of my body. However, they did not show their face, and now they are threatening to share the videos they saved of me unless I pay them $[redacted]. Despite blocking Megan Hamil, this person sent the video to my cousin. This happened on January 9, [redacted]. The person uses a fake profile to harass and blackmail people. I have evidence of their messages; please assist me in this situation.

My Facebook account got disabled after moving my memories to private albums. I believe a memories album, "Synced Photos," may have violated the terms of service. Unfortunately, I can't regain access as Facebook is sending encrypted emails, and I can't decrypt them without logging in. Recently, my brother passed away, and I really need to access my account to save all data, especially the posts about him.

After transferring my Facebook memories to private albums, my account got disabled. I suspect it's linked to a synced photos album that might have breached Facebook's terms. I am willing to delete the album if necessary. However, I can't resolve the issue since Facebook sends encrypted emails that I can't access without logging in. Regaining account access is essential, especially to retrieve posts about my late brother.

I need assistance with a Facebook issue. While using Facebook Messenger, a friend sent me a suspicious message due to their account being hacked. I unfortunately clicked on the link provided. Concerned about my account's security, I logged out of Facebook, but now I can't remember my password to log back in. I purposely didn't link any email addresses for security reasons and only used my phone number. When I request a code to reset my password, a message pops up saying, "Sorry, something is wrong with this page. Please try again," without success. I'm unsure of what to do next. Any guidance is appreciated.
