You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-lyndihin's own words
I spoke with someone from this company about * days ago in reference to the Iten. * ************* for the Clover Leaf suites in Over land Park, KS that was charged from my card when I did not make this purchase so I've had to file several disputes but my fiance' spoke with a lady that said we would be getting a full refund within ** hours (which it's clearly been past that) and we'd also be receiving a call and or an e-mail about this for conformation. I have not gotten a single thing yet and I am getting very pissed off! I should have the amount of $***.** already put on my fiances' American Express card **** ****** ***** ***** CVV *** name on the card is Lyndi Hinkle. As I explained to the lady before, I've had to file several disputes which is why I'm not able to add the money to my cards, I don't have my new ones yet so my patience is running very low with all off this b*c your calls are recorded I believe so there should be no issue with going back and listening to the conversation of her telling Lyndi that the full refund would or should of been aready added to our credit card.

GetHuman-lyndihin did not yet indicate what Expedia should do to make this right.
