Dear Expedia,*My name is Rebecca Kyomuhendo. I booked a hotel one Queens Hotel in Dubai for two nights for my trip to Dubai . The reservation was confirmed and funds charged to my account however when I got to the hotel the description of the hotel was completely different from what was shown on the website.*The room charge indicated $**.** for each night including breakfast and wifi, outdoor swimming pool, free wifi for two devices and air conditioning.**When I got to the property**. the hotel declined to serve me breakfast and instead asked me to pay for it separately.**. The WiFi connection was provided for only one device and I ad no access to the indoor pool**. The room had a bad smell and a complete reverse of what they show on the website.*The information provided by this property is misleading and false. The hotel staff are rude and not helpful**I desire that a portion of the money charged is refunded as I feel duped by this booking
