I am at the hacienda Buenaventura in Mexico a trip I booked in August to celebrate. This hotel is old and in poor working condition free wifi in common areas only this should b clearly advertised. They changed my room after * days as the sink backed up and there was no hot water for shower. Three times I told them about no hot water and every time I was told some thing different until I had a meltdown and they changed room. They call it a superior room . The toilet doesn’t flush they told me not to throw toilet paper in it. I am not prepared to put used toilet part in the trash. Unacceptable to me and three times In one day I had to ask to have a lamp fixed. Very little light in room. They offered to move me to a newer room. I can’t pack and move again.three times. This hotel is horrible. I booked ** days here and spent a lot of money. I want to get a partial refund for this horrible hotel and awful experience.ive cried and cried *First time I booked through Expedia. Will not do that again!
