I reserved online with Expedia for a hotel (Super * Monticello, FL) for date **-**-**. I never received a confirmation so I called the hotel on **th to check on my reservation and Flo told me I did not have a reservation and they were full. So of course I found somewhere else, had to go into GA to get one. On Thursday the **th, Flo calls me and informs me that my room would not be at discount price I was given. I questioned her that I had been told on **th that I had no reservation at Super * and she said oh I remember that, but your price is more because it game weekend, no discounts on game weekend. I thanked her and told her since I was told I had no reservation, I had booked somewhere else. She sounded so happy "Oh good, we need that room". Well to my surprise Saturday while tailgating I checked my account and I was being charged for the room. I have repeatedly sent emails but I have received no answer. I did get a Regret you could not stay from Expedia. I would like to have my money refunded as I don't believe I was at fault in the least. thank you, Brenda Smith
