Tap airlines wouldn’t let us load our flight. We were there on time and we had no bags to check they never ask us then said that we were too late to board the flight which was not the truth because we had no luggage to check they gave us the runaround literally had us run in the airport for over ** minutes then told us you can try make your gate when we tried to make the gate he said no I have had to buy for other plane tickets train tickets I lost my hotel I’ve been awake for ** hours I’m very upset this is not acceptable customEr service.
GetHuman-twiegel did not yet indicate what Expedia should do to make this right.
