Expedia Rep. *The purpose of this communication is to express my concern regarding this reservati*n. I was very HAPPY with the Lady from Expedia that attend my call and help me to reserve. Unfortunately after a *.* hour drive with my sister, that travel from San Juan, to the Villa Parguera they notif*ed me the reservation was cancelled. More surprise that it was cancelled Within hours of making the reservation. When in the worst case would be within ** hours as the Lady. from Expedia Notified me. And I told her that I do wanted the reservati*n so no plans for cancellation. And I was greatful for the help.* *So, after a while in the front desk the lady from the hotel find me something, but two rooms. So because of the Long trip andi my grandson was so HAPPY to be there that I had no option to accept. But instead of $***.** I had to Pay more( see attached) $***.** also I could not stayed with my sister in the same room and of course everyttnig change then. **I did not cancel, neither I receive a notificaci*n indicating so. The person from the hotel told me that I should have receive an email from Exped*a, but I did not.That I can recall, this was my first reservati*n with Espedia in many years and I was not expecting this.* *Thanks in advaced for hearing me and your considerations in this situatiom. And hoping better experience in the near future
