The hotel that I sta*** in was the Disgusting. I sta*** at Point Plaza in Newport News, Virginia on ********. It took ** minutes just to get checked in the place. They had * employee trying to check people in, answer the phone and deal with the checked in patrons complaints* needs. This place is nasty, filthy and disgusting and not suitable for a human being let alone a animal to stay in. Every inch of this hotel was dirty. I checked into my room and the sheets, washcloths and towels were all filthy. I had to go out and purchase these items to use just to stay in the hotel. I sink, shower had hair and particles in them. The bed had everybody's hair that every sta*** there on the pillow. Nothing in the room could be touched with the bare hand because it was just beyond dirty. I would like a refund although they have a sign at the desk that says NO REFUND. There was nowhere else to go since people were there for the Hampton Jazz festival and every hotel was booked. I couldn't get out of there fast enough as I saw a RAT running from the laundry area into the back of the place. I will also be contacting the local health department and any other authorities that I need to regarding this matter. They should not be allowed to operate under those conditions.
I trust that Expedia will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
