I made a reservation at the Grand Villas Hotel with Confirmation #[redacted] for $[redacted], and now it's showing up as $89 with some areas offering free nights on Expedia. I feel like I fell for a bait-and-switch trick. Additionally, due to using the wrong email address, Expedia has created two separate accounts for me that they won't merge, even though my name, address, and credit card details are the same on both. This is highly inconvenient, especially in this day and age. There should be a more sensible solution in place by now. If this is a policy, then it's time for a change. I would like to cancel my hotel reservation with no penalty and rebook it from the beginning. Thank you, a frustrated yet loyal customer.

I modified my flight schedule over the phone, but I noticed there was no instruction provided following the change. I have a physical copy stating that I initially booked the flight online, but it does not mention the change made via phone. I did receive an email informing me that the change to my flight was successful and I have paid for it. Could the hard copy of this email serve as the substitute for my ticket?

I am attempting to plan a vacation that involves flights from point A to B, followed by a hotel stay in point B for a few days. Next, I require flights from point B to C and accommodations in point C. Lastly, I need flights from point C back to A. I have contacted customer support through email and other means, and I have been advised to use the multiple destination tab. However, I am having trouble executing this suggestion as it does not seem to work for me.

I need assistance regarding Itin#[redacted][redacted]. My outbound flight was supposed to have only 1 connection, but it's showing 2 connections. Despite contacting Expedia three times via calls, emails, and tweets, the issue remains unresolved. Expedia's solution of rebooking with additional fees and fare differences is unfair, considering the costly initial tickets. When booking, only the departure and arrival times were displayed, not the 2 connections as indicated now.

My initial flight was on December 11, [redacted], from Nashville, TN to Washington DC. There was an issue with the boarding pass as it had the same name as another passenger. Consequently, my subsequent flights were canceled. After contacting customer service, they provided me with a new boarding pass, which also turned out to be incorrect. They assured me they had rebooked my return flight. Today, upon checking the website, I discovered that my reservation had been canceled.

I am thinking about making a reservation at Ocean Coral and Turquesa in Riviera Maya, Mexico. After reading several reviews, I am worried about the "privileged guest status." The Expedia agent who arranged my package at this resort mentioned that booking the package would grant me privileged guest status. Hello, I need some assistance. Last week, I booked a flight, car, and hotel package via Expedia. Unfortunately, the page timed out during payment submission, prompting me to reload the page. Subsequently, the flight cost on the given itinerary had increased, leading me to contact customer service. They informed me the booking was not processed and offered to rebook it at a slightly reduced rate. Although assured of receiving a confirmation email promptly, none arrived even after 15 minutes. Upon checking my bank account, I noticed I had been overcharged. Despite some charges being refunded by Expedia, the airline charges remain on my account a week later. After inquiring today, both Expedia and the airline are unable to resolve the issue, instructing me to contact my bank once the transaction is no longer pending. I am frustrated with the ongoing issue of not being able to get a simple fax sent to my bank to release the funds on hold. Despite multiple calls where I stayed on hold until fax confirmation, my bank has not received anything. I have been dealing with this situation for seven days now, constantly reaching out to the company to resolve the matter, but it keeps happening repeatedly. I am at a loss for how to proceed and just want the fax to go through so I can put an end to this ordeal once and for all.

Upon our arrival at Ridge Pointe, my group of four encountered a frustrating wait of two hours in the cold before being able to access our room. The hotel staff struggled to locate our reservation through the Expedia itinerary number provided, insisting on a hotel confirmation ID from Expedia for reference. We ultimately had to install chains on our vehicle and drive a distance to the correct building to address the situation.

I need to change the hotel reservation from March 3rd to the 10th to April 3rd to the 6th. The hotel is willing to assist, but dealing with Expedia has been tiring. After purchasing two one-way flights via Expedia and confirming the connecting flights with them multiple times, I encountered a discrepancy. Frontier Airlines claims my Cancun -> Denver -> PDX route is not connecting, despite having a similar connecting flight at the exact same times. After facing further challenges with availability and communication issues, I am eagerly seeking assistance to secure a booking for an adult all-inclusive room at the Luxury Grand Bahia Príncipe Akumal. Our flight was missed, and Expedia rebooked it for the next day. Upon arriving in New Orleans, Dollar rental car had difficulty locating our reservation despite providing the Expedia booking number. After some searching, they found it in an old system but insisted on confirming it with the original card, which we no longer had due to a card replacement. They refused the new card and wanted to charge a higher rate. We opted to rent from Alamo next door instead, getting a better car with extras for a lower price. Despite contacting Expedia customer service multiple times and being assured refunds were in progress, we have not received anything yet. We are owed the rental amount and seek compensation for the inconvenience caused by missing our initial flight due to incorrect flight information from Expedia. I would appreciate prompt resolution without further delays from Expedia.

I recently booked 5 flights from Boston to Glasgow with a 3-day layover in Iceland through Expedia. When I tried to change the itinerary to push the dates back by 2 weeks, Expedia quoted an increase of $19,[redacted], which is outrageous considering the original tickets cost $5,[redacted]. Even after suggesting to remove the layover, they still wanted to charge a $[redacted] change fee per person. It seems like Expedia doesn't understand Icelandair's standard layover policy for this route, causing the price difference to be substantial. Upon contacting Icelandair directly, they mentioned the total change fee should only be around $[redacted] based on the current ticket prices. While Icelandair was helpful and provided a number for Expedia to call, Expedia refused to follow up on this.

To Expedia Customer Service: I wanted to share my recent experience booking a flight through your platform. Upon arriving at the airport for my departure, I was informed by the attendants that my flight had been canceled by Expedia. During our recent stay at Canad Inn Polo Park in Winnipeg, Manitoba, we booked 3 rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms was not up to standard and was very dirty. When we reported this to the front desk, they advised us to contact Expedia, through which we made our reservations. We had handed in the room survey already and did not receive it back. Despite our reluctance to complain, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. Since it was late and all other rooms were occupied, we had no choice but to clean it ourselves to be able to rest for the night. I would appreciate guidance on how to address this issue, as no guest should be charged for such poor accommodation.
