The issue in GetHuman-sonantau's own words
I booked another trip with Expedia as our previous one had to be cancelled and rebooked. We again need to cancel this trip that we booked. We booked to go back to Disney this Sept **th- Oct *rd. We used Expedia website and booked a home with a **% deposit costing ***.** Canadian dollars. We were directed to a *rd party reservation of iHome resorts as that is where we are staying. I have called the resort and multi numbers and am now at a dead end of Receiving a total refund from my deposit. I have until August **th to receive my refund. Everyone I have talked to has said I need to contact the iHome resort directly for the refund and when I do the lady will not answer my questions and is refusing to email me or be of any help. *I have booked with Expedia many times before and have never encountered this problem. I am hoping since it was your website that deals with this resort you will help in some way. It is incredibly disappointing to say the least having to deal with this and having no help or answers.*Our reservation ID is ******** and the Itinerary * is *************
