I booked a hotel for the **th of February until the **, when we arrived to the hotel to check in (wild orchid villa, Bangkok at **:**pm) they informed me that they over booked our hotel and booked our room for someone else and we will have to stay at another they found for us.. to which we had to walk to the other hotel, and it’s plugs in the walls were barely working, coming out of the wall, and it had no swimming pool. That is one of the reasons we booked the wild orchid, they had a pool. We ended up checking out a day early as they kept coming to our room and telling us we needed to keep switching rooms, then telling us never mind (at **:**am). We had to take a cab to another location instead. I had just now had the chance to get internet and still do not have calling. I would like to get the money back I spent on booking at the wild orchid since we did not get to stay there and the other hotel was not up to par with what we booked.
