Itinerary *************. I booked a room at the Surestay Hotel Best Western in Manning SC, unfortunately I used Oct *st rather than Nov *st. I called the Surestay hotel Oct *nd after receiving an email from Expedia asking me about my check in, and the receptionist told me to call Expedia. I s*w Jasmine at Expedia on Oct *nd, she called the Surestay and was advised the manager was not in and gave me his email. I sent him a message at the email provided and the email failed. I wrote to the Surestay twice under my itinerary from Expedia. The first email was read but the *nd one was not. Jasmine advised me that Expedia would be calling Benny the manager at Surestay to see if they could get my money back. As of *:** today I have not heard from anyone. I understand that it was my error and I’m willing to rebook at the Surestay if they are willing to return my money. I have to say I’m disappointed with both Surestay and Expedia for not getting back to me. I have had great success with Expedia so not sure what happened this time. I will not be using or rebooking with Surestay in the future if they are not willing to at least review this matter. Also will be noting level of dissatisfaction with Surestay. Appreciate you responding to my email. Thank you.
