I am a traveler with a valid Hong Kong driver license printed in both Chinese and English translation. I made the reservation to pick up a vehicle on ***Nov Monday *:**am. Your representative called me on Friday (***Nov) to confirm my reservation.**I was denied of the vehicle rental on Monday morning by your representative, Mr. Clive Hung, who insisted on an international driver permit and refused to accept my Hong Kong driver license despite of its content in full English translation. I have no problem with my Hong Kong driver license in renting a car from AVIS and Alamo in Ontario. I also have no problem with my Hong Kong driver license in renting a car from London Heathrow airport and Paris CDG airport.**Since there was no reason for me to make a second reservation with another car rental company after receiving confirmation from Enterprise, this puts me in a panic situation as I need a car for my business. I gave up calling your customer service at *-***-***-**** after waiting on the phone for over * minutes. Fortunately I managed to pickup a car from AVIS but at a higher walk-in cost.**I would appreciate your explanation on your refusal to accept my Hong Kong driver license.
