the rep cashed my check of $***.** down payment, and so far i've been in contact and waiting for a reply from a rep to tell me the check has been returned to me ... i HAVE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT HAVING NEW CARPETS PUT IN. I TRIED TO REACHHAROLD WARDELL, ACCT *-*HBF*CM **** *** ****, AND THIA IS MY THIRD TRY. I CONTACTED MY BANK WELLS FARGO TO HAVE $***.** RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT, OR HOWEVER WELLS FARGO'S CLAIM DOES IT. PLEASE SEND ME NOTICE OF THE CANCELLATION AS OF *******
GetHuman785364 did not yet indicate what Empire Today should do to make this right.
On Monday if I don't hear from Empire, I contact my bank for issue and let them resolve it.
